I really wanted to join on of those groups for couples like us but it didn't work with hubby's work and school schedule... I guess I could have gone by myself but I really didn't have a way to get there and I really didn't want to go by myself

I think my hubby would have needed it a bit more then me... it is very hard for him to show how he feels and he just seems to be bottling it up inside which I don't think is healthy...

i am thinking that maybe we can go to a group over the summer because hubby doesn't have school.. we will see...

Yeah. That would be good to be able to go. I hope it works out for you and hubby so you can talk with others who have gone through it. Sometimes it's a mystery why certain things happen. I have strong faith in God but still ask Him "why??" sometimes.

I read a horrible thing recently, not knowing what it was going to be about(it was an email from someone about an issue) and it totally traumatized me. I cried on and off that evening(a week ago), and a couple days ago couldn't help crying again. Trying to sleep I couldn't shake it, I had to cry and cry and all hubby could do was pray for me and hug me. It was about a horrible thing that happened to a 3 yr old awhile ago in England and I can't even say one detail about it because it's horrible and it will send me into a tailspin again. And I just wonder, why did this happen? And now that I have a baby, thinking of that happening to him horrifies me and if someone did that to my child, I feel like I would kill them and gladly go to jail for it. At least that is how I felt after reading the email. The feeling I had, I have never had so intensely before. And it's all just a question of why, why did that have to happen? And it didn't even happen to me. I imagine your questions are so hard. I know this is a heavy post but whatever, sometimes you have to talk about it.

Well...gotta go get dinner ready.

yeah whenever I read things about the horrible things some parents do to their children I get so mad and wonder why they were allowed to have children

yeah when I left the hospital they gave me a list of support groups and they are all free...

In this case it wasn't done by the parents and it's probably one of the worst things I've ever heard. Anyway, I won't say much more about it because I don't want you to even have to know about it.

I caught a pigeon today! It flew into the restaurant I was having dinner in and startled the wait staff. I managed to catch it and take it outside.

oh sorry I didn't finish because Neil's mom wouldn't shut up and I just realised I didn't finish what I was typing haha

my problem is my azz cheeks are so freaking sore from whatever exercise I did today(not sure which one) and none of the stretches I'm doing feel like they're stretching my azz.

Oh, I hear you! I did weights yesterday for the first time in six months and I can hardly stand today. I was walking in a very stiff-limbed way. >.< Get Neil to give you a massage!

my hubby keeps bugging me to make pecan pie.. I have never really made it before... I found a bunch of recipes on recipezaar and the majority of them have the same ingredients...

margarine, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla and of course pecans.... I found one recipe that used brown sugar... which to me might be better.. the corn syrup might be too sweet...

16 more days and I am on vacation. I am so ready for it. This is the first time I am in the US since 2004 - time flies! I find it a bit strange that they will take a picture of me and finger prints before I am allowed on the plane though
