It's been almost a month I can't work out cuz I want to go to ph. th. first to see if they will tell me if I can or can not. Now I have to wait another fu**ing week.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Oh damn, that sucks! Can't you just show yout therapist your letter of approval? Or pay for the therapy upfront and then get it reimbursed later?

I don't think so. The thing is, since I've been home all day long without working out, I'm probably burning 1/3 of the calories I'd be burning if I had a job (going to work, being active) + working out an hour, and I keep my eating habits, cuz obviously I won't eat 1/3 of the calories I'd be eating if I was active. And my pants are not happy with it :P
