I'm here but only for a min. We went to the KY Derby and I'm so freaking tired today. I don't even get horse racing so not really sure why we even went. My uncle has a box at Churchill Downs so we had great seats :)

Hey Nessa, how the hell do I stretch my lower back really well? I thought I was stretching it with the normal stretches I do but it feels really tight. Any suggestions?

Maybe everyone is doing laundry ?

what kind? I was out in the yard helping my lovely hubster.

The stretching I do, Amber that I think is good for that is lie on the floor on your back and extend your arms to the side of your body, like a cross, then bend yopur knees and turn your lower body to one side then another, keeping your upper body straight.

I made the most delish low cal strawberry pie tonight! I need to try to come up with something for the crust that has less cals than the graham cracker crust but here's the recipe for now

1.5c graham cracker crumbs

1/3c light margarine

2c fresh strawberries, sliced

1.5Tbsp cornstarch

4 packages sweet n low

3/4c unsweetened pineapple juice

Melt margarine in microwave. Add to graham cracker crumbs & mix well.

Press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Wash & slice strawberries.

Mix cornstarch with pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thickened, whisking constantly (this doesn't take very long at all).

Remove from heat and add in Sween N Low.

Stir in fruit & spoon into crust & then chill (overnight if possible)

Serve topped with fat free/sugar free Cool Whip.

These are not low cal, but they do sound very good...Think about the fat and carbs in these recipes..

It's all about moderation!

william add up the calories in all of the ingredients. if you make it into 8 to 12 servings it is low cal for strawberry pie (only 180-200 calories per serving). also, I never said low fat or low carb I only said low cal
