It's 6pm and I am still in my pjs. I took two naps, have a sore throat and a slight sinus infection and ate ONE POUND of pasta in the course of the day.

I haven't cleaned anything yet and my friend arrives at 10am tomorrow morning. 16 hours to go. I guess I can relax.

Cleaning my house should not take longer than two hours.

I just wish I would not feel sick. I feel achy and tired all around. :dead:

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Open question:

A 60 year old home, in good shape, price is $400,000 (after negotiations), is 0.08 miles from NJ's biggest and busiest highway, the highway hum is constant and noticeable outside, not noticeable inside... the home is walking distance from a major train hub....

sound like a good deal? I love the location in that it is walking distance to the train (and shopping too) but hate the fact that it is so close to the highway....

eta: 3 bed, 1700 sq ft, 0.25 acre lot

If the highway noise inside the house isn't too bad, then why not? Have you been near the highway at rush hour at the house?(though you probably wouldn't be home for all of it if you'd be driving too)

I have. It's not noticeable inside.

The other thing I don't like is that there is no physical barrier between the street and the highway. The street the house is on just ends and a few feet from that is the highway.

Oh, hmm.

I think that could be a little scary if kids are in your future.
