The jack jumper ant, hopper ant or jumper ant, Myrmecia pilosula, is a species of bulldog ant that is native to Australia.

Charles was actually telling the truth for once.

I googled it. There was more to the article but I didn't want to post the whole thing.

 gotta keep you on your toes

I'm so tired today. I think I'm getting sick. BLEH! I just made a lasagna and it's quite big. Just added up the calories and it's only 309 calories if I cut it into 6 pieces!

This is what I did...

5oz Archer Farms whole wheat ready to bake lasagna pasta (you can get it at target) (500 calories)

1 small onion (40 calories)

1 garlic clove (4 calories)

1 can Hunt's no added sugar pasta sauce (in a can not a jar at grocery store) (210 calories)

3/4c low cal Mozzarella (part skim I think) (240 calories)

6Tbsp parmigiana reggiano cheese (gotta be the real stuff for the low calories) (120 calories)

2.25c fat free cottage cheese (360 calories)

6oz (cooked) 85% lean ground beef (should have used the 95% lean for less calories but the other was already cooked in the fridge) (384 calories)

I also added just like a pinch of dried parley, oregano, salt, like 1/4t pepper, pinch of onion & garlic powder too (didn't measure these things)

Baking at 375 for 40-50 minutes (I think HAHA)

It's in the oven right now so I haven't tasted it yet but I wanted to try it to cut down the calories a ton. Will let you know how it turned out.

Amber I'd really like to know how it turned out. Javi loves lasagna or as he says bologna.  He can't ever remember what it's called. I hardly ever make it though because it's so darn fattening and full of calories.

I'm at home sick today. I can just barely talk. My throat feels like someone is sticking a hundred needles in it each time I swallow. It sucks!

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Sounds like a good lasagna. I hope you enjoyed it.

Yesterday when I was leaving work, the cleaning people were there so I didn't bother to go to 1 male (I did the others) and the female locker room to turn off the lights and check if people were there. But only today when I woke up I remembered that the sauna is between those 2 lockers, and I also forgot to turn off the sauna. I hope nobody stayed in there and died or something or the place caught on fire

it actually turned out pretty good! it obviously wasn't nearly as good as a regular fatty lasagna but it tasted good for being lower calorie. I ate it with a piece of garlic toast that I made with that healthy life bread that is 35 calories. I put some spray butter on it and a little garlic powder.

Sounds like a good lasagna. I hope you enjoyed it.
