Between this feeling of being stuck, and the gas prices and increasing food prices...my head hurts.

I know I should be just very thankful that we are still making it on one income. But I am getting stressed out seriously about the thoughts of gas and food prices rising. Grocery shopping is stressful now, I find it hard to buy things that have gone up in price so much, I just get annoyed shopping. And Sujeet spends a lot every month on gas to commute to work. But there are no other transit options to get from here to Tampa.

Aw no. :( I was hoping you would be one of the lucky ones. I really cannot imagine the stress involved with feeling like you are ready to "go" and having this weight placed on your shoulders. I wish you the best in getting this straightened out.

I was at my limit with FL when we moved out of state, unfortunately - we are still carrying our mortgage, and its getting old. Renting just isn't somethign we can do with the precarious insurance converage in FL.

I hope your house sells soon!!

Thanks guy, I feel like a whiner. :P But sometimes you gotta complain here!!

Christina, that is a sh1tty situation to be in. Will you be able to stay in Florida a few more years and aggressively pay down the mortgage (so you can refi at a lower balance and end up with a better payment)?

We can afford to stay here, we just don't want to. :P Sujeet has talked about possibly refinancing. Our int rate is 5.59% though so we'd need even lower.

Wow - I just refi'edin July 07 - and got 6.5% (at conventional). 5.59% is pretty darn low. Are the rates even lower now down there?

To be honest I don't know really...ours is so low b/c of the first time home buyer's program. That's why I think finding an even lower rate would be hard!

arrghh, you know what I hate.. all weekend I took care of my sick hubby.. waiting on him hand and foot... now where is my hubby when I am not feeling good??? :P

well, I guess I should let him off the hook, he is at the library doing homework and studying.. he likes doing it there fewer distractions, like his computer...

I still haven't decided what I want to do with my hair but I found a cut I think I might try. What do you all think?

a99.jpg

I will be a dissenter and say that you should go for a cut like this. Of course you wouldn't walk around with your eye covered. :P And it's all about styling too, it can be less edgy looking styled differently and more fun and edgy when you want it. I like edgy hair. My hair is too thick and wavy to get a cut like this, it never looks like pictures of haircuts I've wanted. My hair would look like a big puffy poof. I wish my hair was more choppy and edgy than it is.

See, that's what I was thinking. I want something edgy that can be less edgy if I want it to be. I love edgy hair and have had it before. This cut I have now is awesome but it's just too dang boring. I really think I'm going to go for it if my stylist says it'll work for me. I guess I'll have to post a pic for everyone to see.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

one thing to consider is, sometimes you see a hairstyle on a model and you're like I totally want to look like that. But the thing is, your face is different, so you should place your hand over the model's face and picture your face with that hair and see if you really like the hairstyle or if it was the model's face who made you think you ould have that hair. does it make sense?
