 my mom has these dreams and she predicts stuff happening and so we all laugh at her and think she's nuts. but she did this with an earthquake one other time. she told us yesterday she had a dream we were going to have an earthquake and then we did. she's really weird.

I'm hungry...what should I make for breakfast

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE BAILEY'S CHEESECAKE RECIPE.....................

It's in portuguese, but I'll try to translate

Bailey's Cheesecake:

Ingredients

Crust

100 g butter

200 g oreo

Filling

200 g sugar

1 kg cream cheese (1kg = 2.2lbs)

350 g eggs ( I believe 1 egg = 2 oz, so 57 g)

5 g vanilla extract

100 g baileys

Crust

Coat a springform with butter (or cooking spray).

Place a sheet of parchment paper (make it round so it'll fit the bottom).

Combine crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly over bottom of pan. Set aside.

Pre-heat oven 350º.

Filling

In an electric mixer (low speed), beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Stir. Continue beating in high speed for another 5 minutes.

Add gradually eggs and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.

Add Baileys and beat for another 30 seconds.

Pour mixture over crust.

Bake for 45 minutes banho-maria (I tried to translate it and wikipedia translates to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bain-marie. I don't know if you're familiar with it, I know in Brazil it's quite common to cook like that, where you pretty much place a baking pan inside another pan with water).

Then you let it cool for 2 hours and refrigerate overnight.

Remove rim of pan.

Garnish with a mix of baileys and whipping cream.

Serve.
