I'm going to an acupuncturist on Thursday. I'm not sure what to expect. It should be interesting. Then next week I am starting an exercise program. I hope I can stick with it. I've never really been motivated to exercise. I'm just beginning to realize that I'm so out of shape. If I don't do something soon I'm going to regret it later when I finally have kids and stuff.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

you're skinny, being on shape is pretty much only for esthetics for you.

What about physical health?

Am I missing something? I'm back from my vasectomy check-up, so I'm feeling a little groggy.

if she eats properly, is not overweight, I don't see exercising as a requirement for health benefits.

How are your balls, Alex?

My balls are tired.

Actually I had a tumor removed from my face. They don't know what it is yet.

But on the other subject, I think exercise is really important for non-weight-control purposes. It's to make you stronger and healthier. Weight control is a secondary, and not necessary, benefit.

Yeah, I'm skinny. It's like I told a friend of mine though. I am the perfect example to show that being skinny does not equal being healthy. It's so bad that I can't even walk from my office to my car without being out of breath. That just really isn't acceptable to me. I eat fairly healthy too. I never eat fried food and I eat lots of vegetables. I just want to be toned up.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!
