Woohoooo finally home! Making Goulash for brother Dean now.

It's raining cats and dogs outside and my neck still hurts like a b!itch, so I am skipping yoga class AGAIN. And I feel good about it. Yes. LOL

I felt really weird and craved a cigarette. And I smoked one. The first on in in six weeks or something like that. Now I feel drained. Smoking is just not cool.

Yes, it's goulash, wonderful goulash...

Lean steak, fried with onion and a bit of garlic, added two tins of diced tomato, a bay leave, some thyme, salt and pepper, a chili, let it simmer for 45 minutes and done!
