I prefer plantains, but not green, I like them ripe

I've only done it once here in the States with regular banana. Never heard of plantain before. I guess it might be yummy with plantain. In Brazil we have like 10 different types of banana, I think they use banana nanica.

btw, if you want you can cut the bananas in half instead of lenghtwise they'll look like this:

or use the entire banana if it's a tiny banana that totally had a sexual conotation

Steak, medium-rare with sauteed red/orange/yellow bell peppers and snowpeas with onion, garlic and a bit of fresh rosemary and tomato salad with fresh basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
