I don't agree here......not to knock what Sus said or what you said, Sunny. I think we need to thank each other over and over and over again. I think the world needs to remember to thank people more often. There are days I would not survive without the friendship and support on here. There are not words to express how thankful I feel for each and every one on you on here.

I agree completely, JG - Honestly, you all have been my lifeline - way more so than my friends in real life have been - I have only talked to two of them about what is going on - One is supportive, the other judgmental beyond belief.

Everyone on here is my sanity, and just thanking you all isn't enough - Your words mean more to me than you can realize.

I must agree. I've about add it with NVC, InfoPASS and DOS They're all giving me different information. Now, DOS is telling me to file an I-130 and and I-131 AP then ask for an expidete, which may not be guaranteed...I was like what about the AOS I just mailed...her reply, what about it? I asked will I have to file another fee with the separate AP...she said YES

NVC; is saying be care with the AP, because he may have problems with rentry (#######) is that suppose to mean.

Awwww Lawny, I feel your pain, my dear girl and wish I ws closer to hold you in my arms. Remember that we are all here to catch you if you feel like falling. You don't have to be strong for everybody, you have the right to grieve and sometimes grief takes a toll on us no matter how strong we try to be. You and Marcel are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hey Vets, i have yet another question so bare with me. Im starting to get stuff in order( ppwk and evidence) so when the time comes i wont be stressed. In regards to evidence, proof of relationship, is the burden of proof on the petitioner, meaning , i have a ####### load of emails, some letters, phone log receipts, pictures, etc, every calling card i ever bought, prior to us hooking up international calling, but what about the stuff D has, the letters i have sent, the emails i have sent, not to mention is it possible to get a copy of his phone bill from Digicel, with the international calls on it? Will i need all that stuff or just go with the little accumulation of ####### i have on my end????

I used stuff that I had saved up. I used pictures that I took of us with friends and wrote the names and places and dates of when the pictures were taken. This was proof of having met in person. Then for proof of the relationship, I used boarding passes, cellphones pages, receipts from Jamaica, and hotel reservations when they were in both our names. Other folks may have done it differently.
