EEOC is useless IMO. I've had a bad experience with them. You need to threaten to go to the media or something.

I just found out about them being neighbors and carpooling together. Now, things are falling into place. My co-worker just knew too much of my business. I hope the right her A$$ up.

JAWI876,

I believe its for this reason that I too finally gave up on American men. When I first went to JA I wasn't interested in finding a man. In fact it was the farthest thing from my mind. I had just recently ended a relationship a month or so before my trip. And this brother was fine with a capital F but his problem was, he knew it..Then I had another ex who I dated back in 2005 who wanted me to move to Cali. Well to make a long story short, he ended up getting put in the clink and doing a year. Next for that. I don't know what it is with American men...

Okay...so my co-worker an I got into it AGAIN. The same one that sent the e-mail. Just got back from a meeting with HR. I made a complaint about her months ago about her making negative comments about Jamaicans and smoking weed...but she's still here. Now, if I was going around and telling everyone she look like a damn crackhead I would have been fired. You know what they told me, we should work through out differences. I told them she needs to stay the hell away from me or I'm going to file a greivance with the HR director. She's harrassing me. As much as I try to ignore her, we have to work together and be in the same area, work space and meetings. When I'm doing presentation she interputs me and I get irrated and then put her in her place and then I'm the one that's being rude....someone rescue me.

Lawny I hope they resolve the issue. I have been having a problem with this guy at work myself and its been going on for over 2 months now! I can't stand the sight of him, just looking at him makes me want to throw up. He's one of those, "I'm better than you in everything I do people". If you don't do things the way he does than it's not right  I kept ignoring him for as long as possible. Well he caught me on the wrong day a couple months back and said the wrong thing to me. At that time, I was the radio dispacther for the train system here. I gave him some instructions over on radio (remind you everyone in the system hears whats being said). This JackA$$ came back at me in such rude manner :o I lost it and reacted before I knew it!! I lit hi rass up over the air!! This Batty bwoy called our Boss at 5:00 am told on me! Thats the kind of sh!t he does. Throws the first stone and when it gets thrown back and hits him upside his head because he forgot to duck he runs not walks to the boss and tells and makes it seem like your F-ing with him!!

Needless to say I've been on the hot seat 3-4 time over the pass couple months  He goes in there and tells them that I'm mean and rude to him yadda yadda, because me nuh chat fe im atall!! I try to avoid him but mi tell yuh don't ramp wit me unless yuh wan fe go war! I don't bother no body but I'll will serve you up if you bring it!!

I had to go to the union and threaten to bring him up on harrassment charges if he doesn't back off!!

Men are men are men...........everywhere.

I'm just glad you are happy now. Don't bother with thinking about the rest of that stuff.

On that note, Marlita......

how many of you expected this thread to get to this many pages ? We are like 300 over what I thought they would let us get to. It's got to be slowing down the site by now.

Any guesses on how long they will let us go on?

Mmmm...not really yet as I'm still in the prep stages. Maybe once all the paperwork is done and the box is sitting in his hands. My SO was whining this morning about it taking so long and I bit my tongue really hard to not say you were the one who didn't drop off the DS230 right away. I just gave him the soon come sympathy.

Ok I am asking for someone to pray for two of my friends and co-workers as well as their family. We had a tragedy at work last week, I haven't been here in a while because I have been supporting and counseling the person involved, and trust me it has been one long stressful week for all of us.
