Anyhoo, so D calls me today, sounding like something the cat ran over, so i ask what is wrong with you? He told me he was going to a pool party in his district last night, with his brothers, so no big deal he normally goes and leaves around 130 since he has to work in the morning. Well he says, " me and mi brudda's didnt leave until 400 in the morning!!!! i know i should have left, but mi brudda's wasnt ready fi go.

I said, well first of all, i dont care if your rass is tired, serves you right and secondly we ave a saying here in the states, the only ting open afta two o clock is some legs!!!!!...so anyway he doesnt understand why im pissed, I know JA's normally party until the rooster crows, but dyam.... AM i being unreasonable?????

MY TIME TO VENT;

So, they gave me a party before I got married and one when I got back wich was yesterday, very nice. Why some people have to hate on others. I just got into it with my coworkers I got tired of her comments. I was trying not to say anything, but sometimes you have to kick people in their face. She send an email to several of my co-workers that I'm close to (she doesn't know that)...since she's only beenhere 3 months and I've been working her 11 years and of course the forward it to me. She was like why the hell would someone want to marry a woman with a child and that at my age I should never think about getting married blah...blah...blah and why I my son's father didn't marry me. That should have been a big red flag to my new husband...blah..blah..blah. Then here is the kicker..."I can't believe they gave her all that money she must be dead broke and can't pay her bills"...now, was I wrong for cussing her out.

I know being MAD is easier than saying how lonely we are for our SO. HoneyChild in reference to the other post you posted about do any of our SO talk about going back home after they have been here a while. Yes, Joe and I have talked about it and we want to go back and live in JA, after he has been here 10 to 15 years, or maybe sooner. He told me when we first met that he would want to raise his children in JA. Now, that maybe another discussion we need to have.

I see changes to happen in JA, I know others don't think it's going happen, but I believe it will. I want us to be a part of that change. I look at what is happen in JA now, and I look at the history of the USA and other countries and they all have gone through these same economical situations.

OK...I HAVE TO VENT!!

Remember I told you guys I was helping my friend prepare for a K1 from Aruba...although her man is Jamaican(chef for one of the hotels down there). Ok, so here we go...this fool does not go to the embassy in Venzelua (sp?) on 7/22/08...because his boss had dual eye surgery that day and he couldn't leave... ...WHATEVA!!! After that I started having sdoubts that these 2 were for real with this thing!

So, my ftriend calls me today and asks if 'I' can call the Venzeluan (again sp?) Embassy and ask them if they can move up the new date from September 16 to sometime in August. Cause she is at work and doesn't want anyone to know that she is doing this filing. I explained to this Chick that this interview date is not like a Doctors appointment. I told her how dyam lucky she was to get a September date and that all August dates were given out in Early July.

She's like I can't live without him ...blah blah blah...please call the Embassy. So, I am going to call her back and tell her the Embassy said no! ####### am I calling the Embassy for...NO WAY!!!! They need to get they ish together!

AM I WRONG FOR THIS!?!?! I MEAN I SPENT ALOT OF TIME HELPING THIS FRIEND PREPARE AND TOLD HER AHEAD OF TIME HOW IMPORTANT IT WAS TO SHOW UP ON TIME AND ON THE RIGHT DATE! She's like but the NOA2 expires the same day as the 2nd interview...I told her ...she'll be fine they will extend it when he arrives. Then if the visa is granted the Visa will trump the NOA2!

My NOA2 dated expires before my interview. I asked the 202 people about it and they said that is just the date NVC has to get to the embassy. Once the embassy starts processing it the date is moot.
