It would be interesting to put Andre in the mix and see if that were true of him as well. Although, he ran with all the bartenders.

I bet cha they would know some of the same people...Ken loves HI gossip. Although he calls it "Man Talk and tingsa gwaan" and would die if em hear me call it gossip!

I bought my husband up here Feb 08, thinking what we really had was a marriage. Come to find out that we really didnt. Once he located his family and established relationships he moved a couple states away. What can I do, could i send him back? I discovered that he neither his family care for americans and thought all types of things of me. I feel horrible. I bought him up here, and has supported him since because he still hasnt worked.

i guess that is life, but it sucks. we have a child together.

Your child will be your blessing. It's his loss,not yours. If you think he will take care of his responsibility, Iwould re-think that. Please remember you are not alone, this will work itself out. You have already taken the first step.

Know this...YOU DID NOTHING WRONG..but take a chance on love!! He should be disgusted with himself! I would call the 202# and find out what your options are. They maybe able to help you because he is working of a conditional visa. If not they will at least be able to point you in the right direction!

I am so sorry he did this...but don't sell yourself short...you are a wonderful person that has the ability to love and care about another human being...and he doesn't! and in my eyes that makes you the winner.

I would also start the process to file for a divorce. Baby, I know that might not be what you want to hear...but ...what he did to you is NOT love and I don't think anyone could do that to someone they actually loved. Without the marriage and your sponsorship, he will not be able to remain hear legally. Also gather proof that he left of his own free will...not under duress or any other USCIS immunity that he may apply for.

Actually, it is possible for him to adjust without her. It will take a whole lot of work and explaining, and a waiver, I belive, and it's not probable cause he probably is not as smart as he thinks he is.

At this point, I would not worry about that, T. Move on with what is best for you and your child. He is not worth any more efforts on your part.

I have read in the Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits section that she can write a letter to withdraw her affidavit of support. I am sure that will make it much harder for him to adjust satus? There are a couple threads of people that have been successful in withdrawing it. Check it out.

Dyam it afta all...now look what I've done! Ken ah guh kill me! Ok, some guy from HI was dating two women from the UK. A young lady and an older lady. The younger lady filed for him and brought him to the UK. Well, the eeidat bwoy went fuh guh check fuh the older lady...dem mussi rooks and ask mi if deh older lady nuh call police pon em and tell dem that the guy raped her.

Now, homeboy has been sitting in jail for 2 weeks and can't get bail! The younger lady is standing by his side and they are suppose to get married in September.

Lawny is that right..cause Ken was telling me this while he was in the shower and I think I lost some of it.
