I am having a DAMN good day!!

I got a THIRD job offer

This one is work from home so I am DEFINITELY going to take it...and it a job doing...wait for it.........translating PATOIS to ENGLISH

I never knew such things existed!!!

They have to do a background check and get a reference from my old boss, but those are merely technicalities!

Hey English that is amazing news. I never knew that type of job existed either. Keep us posted and I hope you get the job that will bring you happiness!

Intimacy, like charity, begins at home. If we cannot be intimate with ourselves, we have no way to bring to intimacy with another person.

Intimacy with ourselves takes time. We need time for rest, time for walks, time for quiet, and time to tune into to ourselves. We cannot completely fill up our lives with activities and become intimate with ourselves. Nor can we just sit quietly indefinitely and become intimate with ourselves. We have to have the time and energy to be our lives and to do our live in order to establish and intimate relationship with ourselves.

Surprisingly, as we become intimate with ourselves, we discover our connection with others

Sooooooo..it looks like everytime I post anything any this forum the "close group of friends" ignore me. I think people either gel or they don't and for what ever reason I'm not in the jello mold.

I joined this site because I thought we all had something in common, loving a man or woman in Jamaica, and my sister Jawi told me everyone was cool people to lean on while I was going through the journey. In the beginning that was the case and now umm not so much.

I will continue to jump on the site for research purposes. I just wanted you to know if you see me lurking.

I thank everyone that has helped me with interview and paperwork details up to this point.

I pray for everyone's success that is going through and awaiting your interviews.

Take care Wakey!

Lawny,

Congratulations on the nuptials!

Gill,

I posted the ovulation calendar a few days ago. I see Mr. Young has you occupied. Here it is again. :star:

Wakey,

I know how you feel. Often times, some members are closer than others. At one time, I felt like I was excluded. Just PM those that you are tight with, but don't be upset.

Ciao,

Mrs. Scott

K., I got it Girl...Thanks.

Wakey,

I am so sorry you feel that way. I know that feeling and I never wanted anyone to feel that way. I can tell you it was not intentional if I have an answer...I always try to respond. I always try to make members feel like this is a place for everyone to be heard and all are welcome here. Like Kim said I honestly come on and reply to people talking to me or something I can relate to.

Well, I hope you come back to us but... if not be blessed and enjoy preparing for Dwayne's arrival. This should be a very exciting time for you, please don't let us change that! :D

Enjoy it!

Roxcie- that article is terrible! They better get that stuff fixed!

Well ladies, like I mentioned, I'm planning a trip to see my baby in December. He still lives with his parents (who I LOVE!) so usually we stay at a guesthouse for privacy. This time around the budget is tight and so I thought I'd see if anyone knew of cheap guesthouses in the St. Elizabeth area (Tryall/Southfield/Junction) Any help would be great!

Thanks,

Melissa
