Best of luck Lawny! :star:

Ladies,

Although I am not sure if we are going through the whole process, I haven't cancelled my petition. Well, a friend of mine who works for the DOJ has a friend who works for USCIS and did some investigating for me. She said my petition is still going through security checks because I "recently" became a U.S. Citizen (mind you I went through the Naturalization was six years ago!).... so who knows how much longer it will be.. just wondering if any of the vets has gone through this or know of anyone who has?

I don't :(

I didn't know this happened, probably this was why some petitions were delayed, but rather the delay being attributed to the security checks, people just knew it took ages to be approved....

Lawny, mi nah even wish yuh good luck, caws you KNOW everything criss!

I'm going to Long Island NY this weekend. It's my girlfriends 20th wedding anniversary and she's on 36 years old. How wonderful is that. They always throw big parties. I need to find Gill so we can link up. I wonder if Gill went out with that lady to look for a wedding dress.......

Have a wonderful time at the DC Carnival.

Can you even get married at 16?

I remember me at that age.....I was not very mature....even though I thought I was grown.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Happy monday everyone,

I hope you all had a great weekend. JaEng, I have to echo what everyone else has said, your son is super adorable and I just love your creative pics.

Sunny, I am glad things are moving along, hope you get a drop off date soon.

I am still hanging in there but still very upset about my current relationship status.. :( The one thing that keeps me going is the thought of holding my baby girl in my arms in a few months, everytime I feel a kick (which is quite often) it reminds me of what awaits.. I can't wait to see her already!

Thanks mommy girl... I hope that I hear something soon. You hang in there and things will work themselves out. Have you picked out a name for the baby?

Irie, those picutures are so darn cute. You and Louis look very nice together, and your daugther is the cutest...

Mommy2B....hang in there. Things have a way of working themselves out at times like this! We're here for you....

Irie....Love the New Pics too! :)
