hey Michelle..nice to see you around. Things will never be perfect but u have to take it one day at a time. There will be rough patches just gotta stay strong and fight cause if nothing was worth fighting for you wouldn't have gotten married/together with him..

Good morning everyone,

I am just popping in for a brief update. My SO and I are still having problems, I wouldn't say our relationship is entirely over but its not looking good. In any case, I decided not to cancel my petition and let things run its course. Of course, it seems like we'll have more than enough time to deal with our problems considering I have yet to receive my NOA2 while others who filed after me have started receiving theirs. :angry: (happy for them, angry at VSC).. oh well...I'm trying to hang in there but its been very hard..

Thanks again for the support on this thread and those who have PM'd me.

I hope you work it out so it suits all of you.

Do you mean hang out in D.C. heck no...too damn expensive. Oh, forgot to tell you my co-workers and I ran into the man we saw walking down the street with the long hair weave (while you were here)yesterday. He was wearing bright yellow micro shorts...need I say more.

JG -- that was a damn trip and I told the meetings people who later complained. BIG a$$ plates with a little bit of food...we could have gone to the chinese restaurant for more food. Then they decorate the plates...who gives a damn ... I'd rather more food forget the decorations.

I hope you manage to work it out, Mommy2 - No relationship is easy, it takes faith and time (which you certainly have) and patience. I am glad you made the decision not to cancel your petition - With having a child together, you are going to have to work something out (hopefully) for the best interest of the child. At the very least, going forward gives you time to do so.
