My husband will listen to just about anything but Staind. He says I give him a headache when I play Staind in the car.

My husband comes with some old 70's hippie style American music sometimes. It shocks me. I'm like...where did this young Jamaican guy hear all this music? I am truly surprised about some of his taste. Whats interesting is I don't think he knows much about R&B, unless its old school stuff. But he loves his Lovers Rock and country songs, haha.

I know marlita.. RG LOVES madonna, cher, tina turner..

i get scared sometimes cuz although I will listen to these legendary artists, they are not among my favorites, very low on the list LOL RG nuh rate dancehall eidda!?!?! Him say ie disrespect fi di ooman. AHHHH, i have such a gentleman, what am I gonna do with him. We are soooo different I think sometimes but for some reason it doesn't cause friction..yet (lol)

i LOVE STAIND!!!

Quana a who name so?

its a rock band.. not like heavy metal or anything, but a tad bit of hollering at times LOL

have u heard of a song called "its been awhile"

"its been awhile, but I can still remember just the way u taste!!!"

very cool lyrics, kind of dark mood songs, but i like them..

It's my I'm dragging my butt into work and need to wake up music. I love them as well.

Limp Bizkit and Creed also.. I hated when Creed broke up (frown)

Oh I loved Creed!! Loved the lead singers voice!

Hey Wakey! If you need some more reggae love song artists - Alaine, Beres Hammond, Voicemail, Etana, Tami Chynn, Pressure, Daville, Gyptian, Cherine Anderson, Christopher Martin, Morgan Heritage. Hope that helps :star:

Bless you I'm started a catalog of artist. You all are the bomb!!

Intimacy, like charity, begins at home. If we cannot be intimate with ourselves, we have no way to bring to intimacy with another person.

Intimacy with ourselves takes time. We need time for rest, time for walks, time for quiet, and time to tune into to ourselves. We cannot completely fill up our lives with activities and become intimate with ourselves. Nor can we just sit quietly indefinitely and become intimate with ourselves. We have to have the time and energy to be our lives and to do our live in order to establish and intimate relationship with ourselves.

Surprisingly, as we become intimate with ourselves, we discover our connection with others

Intimacy....In/to/me/see...

Okay...VENT TIME AGAIN...why are people messing with me this week.

First it was the ***ch mother of the bride at the wedding I was in over the weekend

then; Nissan didn't want to cancel my service contract since I sold my truck (resolved that)...I just went up there with my hair half in braids and half undone. Took all of 20mins to get a check. Most of the time spent verifying paperwork.

now; I go into David's Bridal to try on my $99 wedding dress as I'm waiting for the lady to come back with my dresses this other consultant says to me (I was standing in the sizes for 0-6)...says to me "OH NOOOOOO YOU BIG GIRL...COME THIS WAY...U REALLY BIG GIRL nothing can fit you here"....not that she was lying and I'm sure she met wll, but come on now...the store was packed and she was so damn LOUD. June is a popular month to get married in D.C.

....when it hurts to look back and you're scared to look ahead LOOK beside you and I'll be there.....

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

That's what he loves about me. I'm a lively person, but I hate when people mess with me, so I have to mess with them too. I know the people at the Nissan dealership must have thought I was a MAD woman, but I got my contract canceled and a check in my hand for $1500...I was told it could and would not happen....WHATEVER THE HELL.

Girl, it didn't fase me about what she said, it's the fact that she was so DAMN LOUD and people were like "oh, no she didn't"....mi just seh gimme mi dress mek mi go try dem on. You should have seen the woman trying to take my hand and show me the size 26 to 30 dresses. My girlfriend walked into the dressing area and was like what was all the commotion about and what did I say...YEAH I'm crazy like that. "JUST MEK SURE DAT DAMN RASS OOMAN NO COME NEAR MI AR SEH ONE WURD TO MI AGAIN".....I didn't know some of the brides in there were Jamaicans I had the place on a roll. Oh well, I got my dress and it was on $99 originally $949. I think it was last season's style...like mi care as long as it looks good. Not white, but a slight gold tone. I have to get the bust taken in...Would have fit perfectly if my breast were a little bigger...well ALOT BIGGER

Tre, Girl I tryly understand. My husband is mumbling right now...that crazy woman in USA. I am like a fire cracker, one moment I explode, then the next I am the most soft spoken person ....telling someone off, they don't even realized I have done it. He always say to me, you good? Told him I learned it from the best. I had to be this way in order to make it in the contract negotiating world. Sometimes I feel sorry for him, when he doesn't realize I have just done it to him. I don't argue... I just make my statement . Tired, sorry for the bad grammar.
