Honestly, I know very few people who can't find something to eat at a wedding. No one starves. Usually, they tend to be a little more open when the alcohol is flowing.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Hope ya'll are having a wonderful weekend. I just finished frying about 40 fish for a coookout tomorrow at my parents house...and I did all that after being in a wedding earlier today. Bride spent 45 minitutes looking for her husband. He was in his truck on the cell phone. I guess I hear the details later on. Anyways ya'll have a good night.

Mi undah mi...STONE GINGAH WINE...plus a likkle grey goose and cranberry juice...woieeeeeee I hope I can wake in the morning. Mi ave more fish fi fry and steam.

Hey Kimmy --- Gill, I was suppose to be in New York for Trelawny day, but I my friend asked me to fill in for his sister at his wedding. She say she naw participate in any madness. Wedding was very stressful. Bway mi a tell u...Mother-in-laws can ruin a lot of things (from ediah side).

Unbelievable. 45 minutes?? There would be hell 2 pay!! I'm soooo jealous of you right now...what I wouldn't give for a Stone Ginger Wine right now---one of my favorite drinks! Can you send me some steam fish thru the mail--no head please!! Have a good Memorial Day!

Mrs. P; the fish is in the mail and as you requested, I took the head off. I drink Stone Giner Wine almost everynight. Just a shot glass. My dad's grandmother was half scottish and half irish (JAMAICAN) and she use to make it and give it to couples for their wedding night. She also drank more that a shot glass everyday and she lived to be 109 and was absolutely beautiful. I love her so much and I miss her. She would tell us her family wanted nothing to do with her because she married a man that was the colour of NIGHT. I use to sit for hours and just brush her hair it was silver and long. I would part it down the middle and plat it in to long braids. I'll see if it works on me. I know it does a lot to calm my nerves and I'll be sure to drinks some the morning before my interview.

Lord, pleased blessed those that are in the process of planning their weddings, Gill, Nakia, Tonisha. Lord, please watch over all over my sisters that are traveling in Jamaica right now, bring them and their families back safely. Lord, it look like VERMONT fell asleep...tell dem fi git up; and dear Lord, please keep my sisters here near to you and watch over them and their families daily. All these things I ask of you in your son's precious name. AMEN...AMEN...AMEN...

Oh Lord; thank you for gettting me through that crazy wedding..........

Okay... I'm gone to fry more fish. I look like a mad woman right about now.

Thanks for the prayer Lawny, :star: Right now I am dying at work.. I have a bad cold but still had to come in because I had a project to finish.. I feel horrible :crying: I don't know what to take to make it better either since I know I can't take any of the over-the-counter stuff.

Nanny and Belwin, your daughters are gorgeous!

Hi, when I was pregnant, years ago......my doctor told me I could take over the counter medicine that was prescribe for an infant. He stated it would give me some relief. Check with your doctor first, okay. Just a FYI.

I know you do and you will see him soon. I'm busy here trying to get my life in order. The wedding was crazy, the car crashing into my parking lot and my niece ending up in the ER because she ate a cookie with walnuts in it (severe allergy)...thank God for the Epi pin, but we still had to take her to the ER. She was downstairs in the ER and her mom is upstairs in the maternity ward....I wonder if my life will ever return to normal. Well, my INTERVIEW is in 3 WEEKS! A friend of mine had her interview a few weeks ago in the afternoon...she said the COs look so worn out and tired that they were rushing to get her out of there...3 simple questions, WHEN and WHERE did they meet; and how many kids did her fiance have. She got her visa 3 days later. I pray that I'm that lucky.

I pray you are as bless aswell. Girl, my husband just called me, but he didn't relaize the phone had redailed my number and he is just a talking. I'm trying to tell him that the phone has re-dailed but to no avail. So for 10 mins, I'm listerning to his whole conversation with someone else. Now, when he realize all of his minutes are gone, he is going to be MAD, second when I start asking questions about this conversation, ( there were multi people talking) he is going to be blown away. I am going to have a field day with this. Ha Ha,

Lawny,

the food was served to different tables or it was buffet?? It wasn't her wedding so the mother-in-law should have sat down.

JENGS;

It got bad from the rehersal Friday night when she made a comment about my hair being braided and my girlfriend the groom's sister whose hair is (auburn)...looks really nice. She had a problem with that. Food was buffet style, but someone was on the other side serving as you walked buy and explaing what the food was at both tables. A lot of people came up from Jamaica for the wedding. Her mother is a trip and she knew it, but she just didn't know what else to say. Her mom was so loud and embrassing about the cake cutting. I was embrassed for the bride and my friend...very embrassed. The other out-of-town guest were also embrassed. I was like ####### is the big deal. If people don't want to eat they don't have to, but they did.......and to think I have to see her again

Hey Chica,

Thank you for the prayers...GRATEFULLY appreciated! Just trying to get pass this wedding thing! I don't like weddings...no , wrong...I don't like my OWN WEDDINGS! I hated planning the first one and am barely planning this. I think I have a female 'chip' missing. Most women I know LOVE planning weddings... ...NOT ME!!

Anyway, Chica...your friend had it dead on...those are pretty much all they ask. YOU WILL BE FINE...I HAVE NO DOUBTS!! Just make dyam sure Marcel has the dates down! I really started to feel bad for the CO's after awhile! It has to be so monotonous...plus all that paperwork they have to fill out is INSANE!!! They almost come in like robots after awhile.

You'll be fine Lawny...as the time gets closer you will start to stress more...just mek sure halla duck dem is line hup han ready fuh guh!

Bless,

Gill
