Thanks - Unfortunately, I have been there, done that - I have had wicked sinus problems for years, and have dealt with flying with them before - Hopefully it should be gone by then - the meds the dr. gave me yesterday are already working, believe it or not - He sprayed Afrin in my nose (simple, over the counter stuff) and I have been blowing and sneezing non stop since - He said that Afrin is the best thing to use, but to only use it for 4 days in a row - people get addicted to it otherwise.

Uh oh.........I've been using it every night for the last month. It works wonder for me.

I have been hibernating - I have a wicked sinus infection again, and finally went to an ENT yesterday - He did some type of scope thing (won't describe it, it was nasty) that left my nose and throat so sore, and today I am going for a CT Scan - it looks like I am ultimately headed for surgery to clear them out and fix my deviated septum. At this point, I just want the infection cleared before I leave for JA!

Girl I had been under the weather and a little depress with missing my hubsand. I want to travel to JA, but we are in the process of putting our timeline together. With the price of air tickets, going for a weekend is no longer an option. I told my hubby last night that I was getting a house boat and we were going to live on it, until we get this visa stuff situated. I want to go there for the entire summer, but with the crime on the rise, he is having second thoughts on this.

Right now I am so bored at work, when I get bored it is time for me to travel.

I have been hibernating - I have a wicked sinus infection again, and finally went to an ENT yesterday - He did some type of scope thing (won't describe it, it was nasty) that left my nose and throat so sore, and today I am going for a CT Scan - it looks like I am ultimately headed for surgery to clear them out and fix my deviated septum. At this point, I just want the infection cleared before I leave for JA!

I hear you. My aunt lives in Clarendon and she was having all the windows in her house replaced and the bars on the outside changed. My aunt and the guys that were working on the house left for an hour or so to go and buy some more materials. My aunt's property is surrounded by a very large fence and an automated gate and someone jumped the fence and stole all the new windows. These people had someone to help then because it was 16 windows, the new front door that was to be installed that day, two tiolets, cement and paint. She was so digusted. She has been living in that house for 55 years and was just doing some renovations. She said the crime in Jamaica is islandwide. She lived with no fence surrounding her property and no bars on her windows until the mid 90s when it really started getting bad, by 2000 all hell broke lose when the deportees started flooding her area. It's just crazy

Aftanoon yardies. what it do??

my friend emailed me some killer fares to JA out of Dallas/Ft Worth airport.. its the charter we went to sumfest on w/ flights to Negril, Ochi and Mobay for $200 until end of June. Even can get a package w/ some of the AI's for dirt cheap. I am looking at the Holiday Sunspree 3 nights air/hotel for $359!!!! Lord knows I ain't got nobody's leave, but I am tempted to take a mini vacation..WOOOO HOOOO.. just wish it was closer to the clubs.. Gotta get my dance on!

Even the guy the workers were so upset he my aunt had to calm him down. My aunt has been there for many years and she's a nurse midwife, so she knows alot of people. She has dogs, but they were locked up since the workers were at the house. Noone saw anything, because the houses are far apart and most of the homes where she lives are surrounded my trees. My dad keeps telling her to move to Trelanwy where she'll be around family since she's getting older. $1200/US in windows and a $2000/US door. I don't know how much the cement and paint cost, but I'm sure it was not cheap. She said all she could do was cry. The police told her that things like that have been happening in the area and that these people don't even live there.

That price wouldn't really work for me......it would cost me an arm and a leg to fly to Dallas first.
