I'm wondering why you did not put a pass code lock on all of your work. Therefore no one will be able to edit it only read. This will help solve the problem with editing it. Also, you can embed your initials in your work, but it only shows up when the document is printed, that will be another solution .

However, the DM system also provides an audit trail so if someone searches through the admin system, it's clear who edited it and who wrote it - My A** is covered, it's just a matter of bringing it to light.

Just remember when you meet with your manager, you wants to present your case as if you are arguing for your client (you). Take the emotional part out of your argument (we all get emotional when we feel someone is walking all over us) and present your case. Go for what is right and fair.

US Airways raised its fees for ticket changes by $50 (they’re now $150 for domestic fares and $250 for international fares), effective immediately. Elite frequent flyers won’t pay the fee if they’re simply changing dates and times of travel, but the fees will apply if the changes involve different itineraries.

Internationally they still have to pay for taxes, don't know if any of them (off hand) are charging on top of the taxes...

Gurl...that is totally JACKED-THE -HELL-UP!!! I think you are taking the right approach and going to what I hope is HER manager! Make sure you express how dedicated you have been to the firm and how uncomfortable it makes you to think that you will always have to be looking over your shoulder! You're good at what you do Sus-ie...I can tell and they don't want to lose you!!

Do you have any proof maybe on your home or personal PC/laptop that you ARE the creator? After the meeting with head dude ...maybe suggest another meeting with Head dude, Grimy Chick and you...so you can hash out this matter once and for all! If she continues with the fraud start asking her why she put certain words and phrases together!

Also, let them know that this here..is your STRAW...AND IT'S BREAKING YOUR BLOODCLAAT BACK! I think it's much eaiser to resolve this from their POV then to go out and hire a new PL!!

Gill, unfortunately my manager is not her manager - Her manager is the other attorney - But for some unknown reason, he is completely BLIND to anything she doesn't do - he is very protective of her for some odd reason that no one can figure out. I don't feel comfortable going to him to complain about her when he CLEARLY should see it and ignores it, no matter how much it is pointed out to him (not only by me).

I had a long talk with my manager about it a few months ago, and she said to come to her - so I am!

I try to focus on being there but then I havent had a REAL convo with my husband in days due to lost phone. He has called me using our friends phone..but its just something else to stress me out. sometimes i dont think the beneficiaries realize how stressful this process REALLY is for us...

The lost phone thing is beyond stressful! I don't think they fully grasp how stressed out we can get when we can't get in touch with them or speak to them - The last incident with DJ and the lost phone was right after the mudslides in Ochi - so here I am, seeing pics of how bad it is, and not able to reach him - We had a HUGE HUGE long discussion about things last night, and I think he grasps it now - but I let it rip!

The other thing that drives me NUTS are the phone calls with the radio / TV blaring - TURN IT DOWN!

Sorry I am bringing this topic back up, but I just found out some information about the cell phones problems

I've stayed at THE GLOUSTERSHIRE HOTEL, it was the Quality Inn at the time, but it was great (at the time) and that was about 8 yrs ago though. Not a big Montego Bay fan...

I just got back from walking over to the hospital with my mom. My Aunt died about 10 a.m. today. I'm so glad it's over for here. She struggled with this for so long and in great pain. My dad is a mess. She's his little sister. Added to the fact that we lost my grandmother, who lived with my mom and dad, just one year ago this Thursday......well, you can imagine how torn up he is right now. I feel so bad for him.

I haven't slept a lot lately. We just got the breast pump today. I could only find medela pump hope it works. Dwain is having 8 of his friends over tonight for jerk, fesival, rice and beans, and maybe plantain he is driving around liker crazy and can't find any after 4 grocery stores. He is checking one more hopefully they have some.

i have the medela pump i was going to use....a friend who used it said it was great!! so i am sure it will be good for you!!

if you got the milk storage bags you can heat in hot water....not the microwave....i got a little container that i put hot water in and then sit the bottle in it for 5-10 mins to take the chill off of it....what kind of bottles are you using???

I am using the Medela bottles. It worked last night. She was eatting from me for an hour and half and wanted more. So I made one bottle with 4 ounces. Dwain feed it to her and she was out for 5 hours. Thank goodness. I have napped all day today to get back some strength. I have one bottle to go for tonight.
