I usually can't deal with Ms. Jones either - but I was flipping around - I usually listen to Ed Lover if I have the radio on at all - Usually CDs or the Ipod, which cracks up my security guards - they are all Jamaican or Haitian, and I pull in blaring some raunchy bashment!

Okay maybe I'm just sort fused today. But OMG am I sick of waiting on this NOA2. I'm in the process of planning another trip to JA to see my SO but since I did just return March 6, I was going to try and wait and go when he was approved so he wouldn't have to fly alone. The waiting is driving us both crazy. He always tells me "Don't wurry yuself it soon come. Well now i'm telling him the same thing. This is nuts! I've been waiting since November...I received a touch 12/20/07 and nothing else since.. Any other November filers waiting for an NOA2?

It was driving me crazy too so I know how you feel. It took me from Oct- Jan before I even got an NOA1!!! At that time the K1's out of CSC were flyin out the door. Now CSC is processing CR1's and the K1's there have slowed down. What they do is rotate the workload by case type. So when K1 speeds up CR1/IR1 slows down...and vice versa. I think VSC is processing K1's now as the CR1's slowed down a great deal over there. Poor Shrewdie has been waiting for her Noa2 since Oct!!! So please pray for her. Its just the luck of the draw in a sense unless you research when to submits your app first. I'm sure you'll be getting an NOA2 soon. CSC has been cranking those CR1's out fast and its soon time for them to switch again.

Does anyone know the email address for the Embassy in Kingston? I want to contact them to inquire if they are wheelchair accessible. I am planning ahead just in case my broken ankle is not totally healed by then.

Has anyone's SO doing the IR/CR process, ever attended the interview by themselves and has a good outcome? I want so much to be there and I am hoping and praying I can attend.

Thanks

My SO went to the interview by her self and they gave her a difficult time. Mainly because we did'nt have any pics and they gave her the blue sheet (means you have to come back for another interview) because she did'nt have a copy of the I-130 NOA1. But the second time she went back (without me again) they were very nice and she was approved without any problems. I think the embassy like when the American SO comes to the interview but they won't and can't deny you if you can't make it.

Thanks Tonya...funny thing is we didn't even make it to the beach. Girl I was in HEAT like crazy and didn't even get none on this trip. (told me I can't get none until I get better) I was very sick when I got to Jamaica. His friend took me directly to a party they were having then I had to leave shortly after that because my grandmother had a stroke the same day I got there. Girl it has been a roller coaster and now it's worse. Marcel mother had a stroke Sunday evening and he's in tears. He's mom's heart and it's really hard on him. He's the middle child and she has all boys and she will need full time care. The nurses were teaching him and his mothers how to bath his mother and his other brothers ran out of the room.

Girl, it's always something, but I'm praying. Good news is my sister and the baby is getting better and the baby is growing. My sis water broke at 5 months and they're trying to keep the baby in until week 23 to deliver him.

Oh...P.S.- here's the link for the Economic Stimulus checks Calendar...hopefully some of us woke up to a nice likkle gift in our bank accounts this mawning!

http://www.irs.gov/irs/article/0,,id=180250,00.html

I'm a little confused as to when my darn stimulous payment will be received. My accountant put Craig's name 1st (because I'm not changing my name), my bank account information where the direct deposit is supposed to go, his SS number comes after mine...his - 59 and mine - 00. I haven't received anything in my bank yet. If I'm reading this correctly, will I get mine on May 2nd or 9th? OR earlier ??

Another question.......I have clients going on a Carnival Cruise and stopping in Ocho Rios. It's been 10 yrs since I've been over to those parts and they are interested in taking an excursion to Bamboo Beach club. Anyone been there, recently? Can anyone give me some tidbits of info?

THANKS for any help with my questions.

Kelly

The way I interpeted (sp?) was that BY MAY 9th...the $$ SHOULD BE IN YOUR ACCOUNT!!! I think the same for you Kelly...BY may 2nd the $$ should be there! Let me know if it works out that way! Did you file before 4/15/08? B/c that will hold it up too.

Sorry...I haven't been to Ochi (proper) in 15 years (Went as far as Dunns 'Ripoff' Falls last year) but not into Ochi.
