Lita..yuh just affi season it up from nite b4 and cook it on high then turn down the heat..don't put all ur seasons from ur pan in until meat done cook....or u can try bashin them when u clenaing it

Yuh kno, i thought about the bashing after I put it to cook and I notice it was cooking tuff. I don't eat red meat...except for this blasted mutton....and I forgot how you have to tenderize this stuff first. Other than the meat not being so tender it was really delicious!! I can't wait to cook it again.. Oh and for me the goat was about $3.50 with enough meat to feed 2-3 people. Thats good right?

Jax..di only reason I'm going for these strolers is cause MI CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I HATE TRAVEL SYSTEMS..they are bulky, heavy, MY GOSH....mi radda buy a car seat separate and a stroller..mi buy Kimora a Combi JUST b/c her 1st one so heavy..cause we traveled so much back and forth to JA...mi can lift, fold, push wid one blasted hand and fi fold inna half...mi tell everybody..IF OONUH NO WAAN MI GI OONUH BACK DI GIFT NO BUY MI NO BLASTED TRAVEL SYSTEM...IF I TELL YUH WHERE KIMORA OWN DEH MI WOULDAN A LIE TO OONUH...DYAM TINGS

O.K. I wasn't planning on bring my stroller anywhere. I can walk to all the stores in my area like Walmart, Kohls, dollar store, grocery store and more. I understand. I wasn't going to bring it to Jamaica or anything. Did you ever use a travel bed when u go away? I am thinking about the princess travel tent. Just worrying about when we travel to Jamaica and having the little one sleep on the floor. When we are staying at a mom and pop hotel.

what? Why the little one nah sleep in the bed with you? I would just worry about the mozzies, but you can get a mozzie net for the baby.

JAX...those beds are the best!!! very east to set up and very easy to fold up!!! the pump for the bed is a waste but the twins LOVED it....they actaully wanted to sleep in it to take naps during the day....and it comes in a nice pack that you can wear as a back pack!

So Ken and I went to go visit his Family inna deh Bronx yesterday! (Remember the same one that assured us the whole time his K1 was processing that he could stay there and then told em she ave nuh room fuh em afta we git through!)

GILL -- you've got to be kidding right. I'm SPEECHLESS right now. Well, we found out last night that Marcel auntie...the FATCEY one in New York is coming to living in Maryland (the same state) she told everyone in Jamaica was too DANGEROUS because it's close to D.C. and they always shooting people there. So here the B#$(*. "YOU KNOW SEH DEM THINGS NEVAH REALLY WORK OUT...besides SHE AVE PICKNEY AREADI AND SHE LOOK OLD". Mi naw asah her yet. She leaves for Jamaica the same day as I do and we should arrive about the same time. She don't know I'll be there. She also tells Marcel parents how she/THEM really have to sit down and talk sense to him and that's the main reason for her VISIT! I know she really there for her daugther's wedding (which I'll be attending) and that she was not invited to. Her own daugther didn't invite her mother to the wedding. Need I say more.

Yuh know i'm starting to think she don't want Marcel to come to America, because then the people back home will find out say, her life ain't to hot, yuh feel me?

The bed that you showed I have one, but I think mine is green. I loved that thing. I also agree, I don't do well with a travel system either. My son only stayed in the carrier until he was 5 months. He was BIG so I put him into a converter seat which is now a boster seat. I think I paid $249 (in 2004) for his converter seat, but it was worth the money. My co worker paid $549 for a car seat. I had to ask her what it came with.

hahahhh...yeah they do grow out of the seat that come with the system pretty quickly..i did the same thing..i just threw that one out cause she spilled every blasted thing on it and it was just emabarassing so i bought another one trying to keep it clean

I hope it didn't take 9 hours like the last time I cooked goat. That was the longest it's ever taken. I got so fustrated I drove over to my parents house for dinner.

9 hours is a bit long, Tre. Did you have to kill the goat first?

I'd say on average, Andre probably cooks it down for about 4 hours. And, I cannot express enough how much I DID NOT like it in the crock pot. It did not cook down enough to soften.

Oxtail is okay in the crock pot if you leave it on all day.
