Some people just complain a lot so they have something to talk about.

Good point B. Also about the talking EVERYDAY. You both might need a break between so that when you do talk..youknow it's more quality vs quanty.

sometimes j.a. men talk rough and have no idea how they are coming accross.

Those are all very good points. Marlita I hope you can talk to Evan and let him know how much it is stressing you. A and I had to cut down on our talking as well when we were separate. We just wasted so much money arguing about God knows what when really all we were was frustrated not to be together. Talk to him and let him know exactly what you told us. Hope it gets better.

You know I really do think it is seperation frustration on his part. he is not dealing with it at all. he told me that sometimes he misses and needs me so much and that he wonders if i feel the same, and when i don't send him little affectionate notes and stuff he starts to feel depressed. I realize that I get so much support from you ladies and VJ and I kind of know whats going on in the process and he doesnt have that. He is kinda in limbo, not truly understanding why it takes so long even if I try to explain it to him. I do think that even though he wants more time, we need to take a break an talk a bit less. Cause I start to get frustrated and I'm usually really easy going, he's always been a bit more anxious with things. Thanks so much for all your supprt ladies.. love yuh!

ooohhh!! he's lonely, mr jengles suffered from this. he used to come home and twiddle his thumbs and just talk to me. to solve this problem, i traveled down there more, he paid for a couple of trips but this was during low season and i'm coming from nyc. i was there at least every six weeks. this way soon after i left he had something to look forward too, can you do shorter but more frequent trips??

I told my 'supportive' family members and my father. Aunts, Uncles...everyone one else jus a guh haffi find thorugh my family's gossip network! They will all talk ish amongst each other...but not to my face! I tried to tell the 'head' of deh gossip tree last night( so she could kick hoff deh new 'NEWS')...but as soon as she hear seh mi a guh Kingston...she start wan bag ah fussin'! Mi neva even git round fi tell har WHY mi a guh Kingston!

It's exhausting...I told 2 more family members this week...both of them immediately said the sane thing..."Yuh sure hit not Green cyard em a look!" On one hand I know I have matured alot ...cause deh old Gill wouldda cuss dem han keep moving. I see it as them looking out for me...which is sweet! But I'm a grown-a$$ ooman...Good or bad is my decision fi mek!

Yup their all coming to the wedding! It'll be VERY INTERESTING!!

Gill, mi olda sista is the gossip network fi mi fambly. I hate it!! She was the one who told my dad of my engagement before I could do it. And she was the one who spread all this negative thinking and energy about him while I was planning my wedding. Thus making half my family not even support my engagement and not plan to go to my wedding. And don't get me started at how she went on at the wedding. Mi swear!!! Mi wan fi box her right then and there inna mi wedding dress!

haha, this what people say about us all the time too. We walk around in JA and people like "a who dis, yuh sista?" im like, " nah, mi wife dis!" Then yuh hear a couple ah bumbo's and rass' and dem seh, " ah wha?! Mi seh yuh look same way!" lawd mi tell yuh, Sometimes I'm like ok, mek mi juss kiss yuh dung, when mi first meet yuh friend dem, so dem nah tink mi yuh sista.

yeah it was some serious jealousy. She not married but "supposedly" engaged and then not engaged...who knows. But get this.....she was supposed to get my dad from his hotel day of wedding. Why was i already like 1.5hrs late for my wedding cause people left me at the hotel by myself. Then when i finally get there, my dad is MIA. I'm pissed, cause I think he's not trying to walk me down the aisle or something. So I say I'll walk mi own rass self. Den dem seh no no, yuh cyaan do dat. So a brother frum mi husband church walk me. My dad....never been to JA, had to hail his own taxi and got to the site while I was at the alter.....all cause my sister didn't go get him. WOOOIIIEEEE!!!! Mi on fiyah!!!!! So then she get mad all day at the wedding cause people start fi chat so how she nah want mi dadfi walk mi (the younger sister) down the aisle before im walk har.......lawd god, if I didn't have Evan there, and just the spirit to enjoy being withhim and getting married that day i swear yuh would heard ol head of dutty wud cum out mi mout!

nope never lost any friends but once my cousin seen my ex in a car with a chick i heard he was messing around with she follow the car and cuss him out then came and got me thats was so funny
