Thanks gals so 35 or 40. I had an Aunt and Grandma who had breast cancer so maybe I should start at 35 then. They are on my moms side. Luckily my mom has not gotten the cancer. My aunt and grandma use to smoke heavily and drink. Wonder if that could cause it.

Thanks for the suggestion Jengles. He is such not a romantic guy. We really want to get out of the house today before the baby arrives. I am just trying to figure out a good seafood or chicken place we haven't been too. We don't eat out a lot and I am one of those who can't make up their mind. He told me this morning before he went to school he wanted to go somewhere out of town.

YARDIE... JENGS mawnin...mawnin

Okay. I'm off for the day to get my breast smashed. I so don't like to do mamograms.

What age are you suppose to go start getting mammograms? You look so young?

What are everyone's Friday plans?

I am trying to figure out where to take hubby for his birthday tonight? Maybe a new place to eat.

My doctor's plan is the first at 35 and then every 1-2 years after 40. He says if there is a history of breast cancer in the family, then it starts much earlier and it definately every year. None in my family, Thank God!

Absolutely no plans for tonight. Andre has to work overnight.

We ate in a really nice Chinese place in Wrigleyville last time we were there. I can't think of the name of it for the life of me right now.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Wow Shauna your schedule has me exhausted!! Sounds like fun. Congrats on getting a date for your ultra sound  . Are you saving your ultra sound pictures? I am thinking of framing some of mine.

We are celebrating my brothers, sister in-laws, and hubbies birthday tomorrow at my mom and dads house. Dad is making chicken just for hubby. My family back in the day were pig farmers so pork is usually all we have but sense hubby is here dad is trying out all these new chicken ideas and they are good. I wish I could cook like my dad.

On Sunday my girlfriend asked if I could hang out and I said no I was busy. Which I am not but I know I will be tired on Sunday and need my rest to go back to work. 14 1/2 days more to work or less. I am finishing my sub plans right now. There is a lot to get ready.

Shauna have you packed your bag for the hospital?

O.K. I am running out of time to get things done on Spring Break time to be productive again.

My plans this weekend evolves shoes and getting rid of some. why do our feet get wider when we are pregnant?? Last night i was digging in my closet. i found sandals with the price tag that too small, cause last summer mi did preggo. I have to donate and figure out what still fit. Then i'm off to buy some more

I have wondered that as well...I have heard of people saying that their feet have grown by 2 sizes when they were pregnant. I can't imagine!

How about bringing some food home and getting some flowers and creating a romantic setting.

That's a good idea Jengles

I think you are supposed to start them around 35 -

Look at you Susie all ready for some club action in your black dress and boots!

Yes, You are suppose to start at 40...but it depends upon family history. My Mom died of breast cancer so I was suppose to get my base line at 35!

Morning ladies!

Congrats Sunny on NOA#1 that's great! Hopefully the rest will be as quick (and VT will stay just as fast by the time I file, lol)

Congrats, Lawnie! You have to be over the moon - See, I told you lots of touching would make it come!

I don't know how you can keep it a secret, lol - I booked my next trip to JA the DAY after I returned from the last - and I spilled the beans to DJ last night, couldn't hold it in any longer! He was whining about not being with me, and not knowing when he would see me - I finally said "do you think you can make it to the 25th of May?" - He just mumbled I guess, then went on with the conversation - took about 5 minutes for it to sink in that I had given an actual date!

Congrats on the interview date, Claire!!

Thanks Sus :thumbs::thumbs:

Congrats on the ultrasound Shauna...I bet it will be awesome to see since she will be so big.

I am definitely ready for some club action - Going out to see my friends play tonight - great reggae band. Tommorrow will be homework and cleaning, and Sunday we are celebrating my oldest nephew's birthday. I am prepared to spend the day having my sister yell at me, lol - I spend the same $ on all my nephews at Christmas, but I tend to do a little more for the oldest at his birthday - He is my Godson as well. So, I was struggling with what to get him - Finally gave in and bought him Guitarhero for Wii - it's the one thing he wants, and my sister refused to spend the money.
