question! Maybe be stupid, but ray got a speeding ticket. ugh! He has a ja license. Does this come up on the police record?

Even if it did, it is not an offense they worry about.

Thanks JG and Lawny... He told me not to worry, but of course I worried anyway.

I think at this stage we worry about every little thing that could possibly be an obstacle.

No offense to you are anyone who may read this, but I vote no on this. I prefer to be somewhere that is a little controlled cause things can get out of hand. I want to participate in chat; but never want to get beat up on. Also, I prefer the openness of this board. I prefer to keep my chat in the open.

So, thanks for the offer; but not for me.

Those are very good points JG  Sometimes I would like somewhere that was more private and not the whole place could read though ya know? There are some topics I would love to chat about but wouldn't because too many people have access to this board.

I can read it and for the most part understand it because thats all Neil will speak to me. Now as for me speaking it... I can but it is a mixture of patwa/english  but I am determined to speak it in full suh mi ago keep wuking on ie  He gets a kick outta making me chat hup 'im friends and family what likkle mi knoa.

I am the same way that I can read it and understand it - can't really speak it yet. Funny story, years ago I was sitting with two Jamaicans - one an old friend, and one I just met. The new one was chattin patois about me and my friend non-stop - Rude as all get out - I just sat there without saying anything. Then he asked my friend to ask me for a cigarette (still in Patois) - I picked up the pack and handed him one - The look on his face was priceless - My friend just started laughing and told him that I understood EVERYTHING he had been saying - I have never seen a man go so red before!

I told his tail that very thing JG. He said I knew you would vex.

This was just a sugesstion to you all because some have made mention of moving SOME of the conversations to another board that more than likely wouldn't be allowed here. I wasn't trying to take the entire community or the conversations from the Yardie thread. YThe only purpose was to have any conversation that may have been cencored out over there.

I actually own a message board that runs on the same forum type as this (IPB board) - it's a random social discussion board, but it has its ups and downs with being quiet - no fights, mellow members -

If you want, I can set up a new Yardie section that only the Yardies would have access to - Just PM me and let me know -

A GUESS MI 6TH IT...

Kimmy u mad...always a mek mi laugh. I'm sorry, but of all the places in my house that has to be clean it's my bathroom and let me tell ya'll, when I was dating back in the day, if I go to the guys house and his bathroom is nasty guess WHAT...im naw touch dis yah glory. Oh, hell no. And my grandmother would always tell me to check out his bedsheets to see how clean they are. I can't stand a NASTY unkempt man. Like some men think it's okay to use their woman's toothbrush...I will kick your A$$ and don't use my TOWEL.

Since we on the subject, kitchens. Some men (not all) like to cook, but refuse to clean the kitchen. When I cook and clean the kitchen at the same time. And if you're going to clean the kitchen sweep the damn floor or wipe it if it needs to be wiped. The floor is party of the kitchen and it needs to be clean too.

Next thing...you have got to separate your laundry. Don't put the entire basket of clothing into the machine OMG plus towels and bedsheets the machine will be unbalanced when it spin and the clothes won't was good. I mean u use to wash it by hand so wah you a complain fah now.

and THIS DOES IT FOR ME

Don't use my DAMN deodorant or PERFUME a tell me seh you wah SMELL SWEET TUH!

:rofl: that is SO funny....mike did that sometimes....the first time he did that i looked at him like he has lost his freaking mind....

Ray did that too. I guess they all are alike in some ways. When he sprayed on my Victoria Secret body spray, I looked at him and said "Are you a batty bwoy" Don't spray that on you.... That's for women.

Girl, they don't care. all I hear is....BUT IT SMELL SWEET! On my last trip, his friends used my escada perfume and I almost fainted in the car. I wanted to ring Marcel's neck. They sprayed it everywhere.

LOL!! Lance loves my bath and body works lotions. Everytime I go down he takes one from me

That happens to me all the time, but they are being RUDE! And when they done...I just lace them with the RAW PATWAH. The look on their face is more than satisfaction for me.

Sunny --

That's how most Jamaican males stay. I warned Marcel before I even got in the car with him. It's funny when we went to pick up his friends to go to Pier One, they were like --- STAR...u ago mek di ooman drive u vehicle (they didn't know I was Jamaican). So, I let them talk about me the whole time until we reach the club parking lot and then I cussed their A$$es out. I was driving slow as hell and people were passing me, but I didn't care. All Marcel did was kept on laughing. And all I was hearing was bbclaat by di time we reach the club ago lack dung. Marcel still laughing is A$$ off.

I don't play when it comes to driving in Jamaica. I have seen HORRIBLE accidents and I'll be DAMNED if you're going to drive like a BAT out of hell with precious cargo (ME) in the car. On my second trip, his friends don't complain anymore and they know not to say nothing this time... because...see di taxi dem deh!
