Ok ladies, how unu cook curry goat? In de slow cooker or pressure cooker. And where can I find a good(safe) pressure cooker?

if ua gop buy tough goat like Lawny..:) u will need a pressure cooker..but usually stove top works just fine....

season up yuh goat and put it inna di pot and mek sure yuh meat cook..turn dow nthe flame and add water went the meat a dry out but not yet cooked...nobody no ask mi fi recipe cause mi a di worse..Lita smaddy else will be better to help yuh..mi just cook di food like how mi modda do it.... :rofl:

Not me - I am way too much the spoiled Amercian. I buy it already cut up and ready to cook! Same with chicken and pork - boneless and skinless. :blush:

I will admit to buying skinless chiken, only when i stew it

I can't be bothered to fight with any bones. I need a good recipe for stewed pork. Got any?

Can't help u there, i only do stew chicken and fish, but the slice fish like kingfish

Can't help either...sorry. Don't do pork at all.

I'm finding more and more, I can't eat it either, I put it in my mouth and instantly I become nauseated.

ok, anyone have a fried dumpling receipe??? I used to know how to make them a loooongg time ago, now i'm spoiled my grandmother always brings them and toss a bag in the freezer...but i'm not sure if i have any more??

Is there a recipe to this? I just use flour water and butter...roll it up mash it dung and fry.

I use baking powder too and i think my ratio is all wrong
