Yaads...i went for my 1st trimester sreening today..and the tech a tell mi di baby big fi the due date mi get..(i thought so too) but mi gi mi doc the benefit of the doubt..anyway...according to the weight of the baby i'm not 13wks i'm 14 wks 3 days...gimmi a due date fi sept 13 or so instead a sept 25 (mi did tink dat too late)..she couldn't tell me if it was a girl or boy cause 1.the doc wasn't there and 2. she seh it early whatever but what she did say was " i hope it's a boy, and a lady i knew who spit like you ended up having a boy" no know if dat mek no sense.....so mi go back in 3wks for 2nd trimester screening..so we'll see...

So we still have to wait huh? Well hopefully soon Spit like yuh?!? Wha yuh doing tuh de poor ooman?

yeah cause of some rule that they are not my "provider" so they can't reveal results and such to me..cause i guess will malpratice and such..if a tech tells u it's a boy and yuh decide fi sue casue u dumb and buy everything blasted blue and when ur 3mths..i guess their insurance no cover such..mi no know mi ongly a mek up tings...(possibilities)

i think there was a women in Australia that sued her Dr. because she got invetro and got preggo with twins when she only wanted ONE baby....not sure what the outcome was....

No, It's a ppo, i can go out of network...i think i have to pay more but I never really go to the doctor anyways, I got it cause it cosr bout the same as the HMO plan plus my daughter has to see a cardiologist at times.

ok...yeah they try to get u with those HMO's...only dif dem mek a few xtra $$ it's all a big scam this insurance industry and when yuh check it most a di doc dem a #######...i'm all for something to happen with the insurance industry..they are dictating when and how ppl get treatment...so uUNIVERSAL HEALTH mi support what u stand for

The one I am getting is very good I checked. The agent said I could go cheaper but it wasnt worth it. Thanks for looking out for me. My plan is very good. So far I have only paid 50 bucks for the little one. Good thing I already have family plan for dental . My plan stinks that I have to drive 45 mins to get to a doctor in net work. But once I have one in network they pay for every dime except the one time copay.

Something has to be done for sure...It's a shame soo many people go without cause it's too darn expensive.

sssooo true!!!! Jax i found out when i was looking for health insurance for mike and i(pre baby) i got what i thought was a GREAT health plan...hahaha....some parts of it were great but other parts were not so great....really look at the deductible....that will get you every time.....i am still paying off a time where i had to take mike to the ER and they had to run all these tests on him...only for them to come back and say it was Acid Reflux and our great insurance coverd 20 bucks....and then when i got preggo they didn't cover pregnancy at all because it was a "al a cart" option...you just have really do research on it and don't pick one just because it is cheap look at what it covers....
