so happy i did direct deposit!!! :star:

meeeeeeeeee 2

Nanny I wanted to have 4 boys...well, really I wanted 6, but the cost of raising a child in this country is so expensive. I do want to have 2 more in my old age. I guess I'll manage. But I'm not joining your club yet, I'll wait until Marcel gets here. I may have to turn him into a HOUSE HUSBAND.

that is the latest thing....the husband staying home with the kids....i think that is a great idea!!!

I agree! well at least that is our plans when my SO gets here. He won't be able to work right away so he might as well be productive and take care of our baby, save some money on childcare. Someone has to keep working to pay the bills! :)

so true...i wish i could be a stay at home mom at least until she is a couple years old..i guess that is what grandma and grandpa are for

Everyone please pray. I have called the visa center just to check on the status and they have stated our case is under administrative processing meaning they need additional time for review. How so? They didn't tell us that at the window. They approved us and gave us our pink ticket to airpak. I am so confused at this point. I don't know what to do, what that means or anything. I emailed the Kingston embassy and I hope they write me back. What does that mean? He does stutter a bit, and did that more than I have ever seen him before but he was nervous and the lady was not that nice. I want to cry:(!!!!!!!!!

Hang in there hun! Don't freak out until you know for sure that there is a reason to freak out. More than likely he is stuck in name/background check which shouldn't last too long. You certainly have mine and my husband's prayers!

I responded more detailed in the other thread but I agree with Sarah it is probably nothing major like waiting for a namecheck or something. Hang in there! You are in my prayers :luv:

Hello my VJ Yardie family!

Much love and hugs to ya!

Marlon and I are doing well, we are both working (way different hours) and I am still taking my MA classes. We had our AOS interview today and all is well. We are approved pending name/background check. The process was stress free and easy! PHEW! lol

I will come back on in a couple of days with updates and answers to the questions you will have!

HUGS and LOVE,

Sarah

Did you tell him this?

Yes we talked about it and he is ok with it as long as once he is able to work he wants to work, he only wants to be a temporary stay at home dad.
