12/26/09 - went to Boston for Biometrics Appointment - THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

01/13/09 - Biometrics Appointment in Boston

01/13/09 - several phonecalls to uscis to find out where my extension letter is - will send out extension letter which will take up to 3 weeks

01/21/09 - phonecall to uscis about the extension letter. They are still working on the service request! told me to go to an infopass

appointment

01/22/09 - went to SS office to get a new SS-card. They won't issue a new one because me GC expires in 2 weeks.

01/22/09 - talked to the Office of my congressman. They will look into the issue and call me back - hopefully!!!!

01/26/09 - talked to the Office of the congressman. She read an email to me from USCIS stating that they sent out the letter on Friday!

They said I should have it in 7 days! So now we wait.....again!

01/29/09 - extension letter received!

05/15/09 - Removal of conditions approved :) ..waiting for actual card now :)

06/01/09 - Card in the mail!

@ Evi: Baehhhhhh wir haben den Pass vor ueber 2.5 Wochen beantragt und der ist immer noch nicht da :( Online kann ich ihn immer noch nicht aufrufen und die Hotline ist immer besetzt... So ein Schlamassel... :(

@ Ahn: Evi hat vollkommen Recht, lass Dir bloss keine Angst einjagen. Eine Einleitung ist ungemein unangenehm und schmerzhafter als natuerliche Wehen (siehe Pitocin etc). Lass Dir bloss nicht etwas geben das Cytotech heisst (ist eh off-label use und nicht FDA approved). Solange es Dir und dem Baby gut geht, wuerde ich niemals einer Einleitung zustimmen, denn die Einleitung steigert die Chancen fuer unschoene Interventionen enorm. Die koennen ueberhaupt nciht sagen dass Du zu klein oder das Baby zu gross waere - Ultraschall ist ungemein ungenau und die liegen total oft 2-3 Pfund daneben (Motto: Ihr Baby wiegt 10 lbs! Kaiserschnitt! Zum Schluss wiegen die dann 7lbs). Lass Dich nicht einschuechtern - wenn Du Zeit hast, lies hier nach um besser gewappnet zu sein: http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=944510 und ueberhaupt dort.

Anna: Ich hab grad hier nochmal im Forum geschaut, wann wir den Pass beantragt hatten und laut meinem Post war das am 3. November, ausgestellt worden ist er am 10. November (steht im Pass) und heute am 14. ist er angekommen. Also knappe 10 Tage. Ging echt schnell. Hoffentlich kommt Jona's Pass jetzt bald.

Hab grad Weihnachtsgeschenke fuer Maenne und Allie bestellt...wohoooo...Maenne bekommt ne DVD ueber die Marines von der Lima irgendwas...keine Ahung und ein pocket ref, wie es die "Mythbusters" immer benutzen. Er liebt Mythbusters und erzaehlt mir jedesmal, dass er ein pocket ref will..Amazon hatte eins, also flog es in den Einkaufswagen. Allie bekommt ne Ookie Doll, die den Geruch von Mama annimmt...mehr nicht. sie ist eh viel zu klein aber Eric wollte eben, dass sie auch was unterm Baum liegen hat.

Adam bekommt ein Trycicle von uns, das wars. Mehr nicht. Bin mir sicher, dass die Oma's tolle Leistung zeigen werden beim beschenken. Das allertollste bekommen alle beide von Oma sharon (Eric's mom). Sie zahlt auf den Texas Promise TUition fund ein, damit beide aufs College und University gehen koennen :dance::dance::dance:

Evi, Glueckwunsch zum Pass!

Steffi H, ich wuerde so gerne Bilder von der Kleinen hier posten aber irgendwie funktioniert es nicht und ueber diese Webseite die Evi immer macht, weiss ich auch nicht wie das funktioniert :blush: Ich frage mal mein Bruder ob er da was machen kann, der kennt sich mit PCs besser aus :lol:

@Evi: herzlichen Glueckwunsch zum Pass....ging ja wirklich sehr schnell. Mal ne ganz andere Arbeitsweise von Behoerden :-)

@Sylvie: die Bilder sind ja richtig suess.

@Einleitung: ich hab ja von euch und von den einigen Leuten gehoert, dass inducing auch ziemlich daneben gehen kann und man dann mit

Wehen fuer 2-3 Tage im Krankenhaus liegt...darauf hab ich absolut keine Lust. Ich hoffe wirklich dass Matthew bald kommt.

Die Aerztin meinte nur, dass eine Schwangerschaft ein erhebliches Risiko fuer die Mutter und das Kind darstellt. Kann man statt

Einleitung auch sagen, dass man einen Kaiserschnitt haben will? Ich weiss KS heilt nicht so gut, aber ich glaub wenn ich das Kind

rauskriegen muss, dann doch lieber per Kaiserschnitt als Einleitung!

@Syl: Oohhhh GOTT ist die Kleine suess....und sie sieht aus wie ein richtiger Brocken. Wieviel wog sie zur Geburt? Schaut schon total wach in die Kamera. Danke fuers posten

@Anh: Willst du wirklich ne OP einem natuerlichen Vorgang vorziehen? Bin ja schon ganz ueberrascht, dass deine Aerztin mittlerweile ueberhaupt mit dir redet. Wie bitteschoen kann die Menschheit denn ueberleben, wenn ne SS ein erhebliches Risiko fuer Mutter und kind darstellt. SIcherlich ist die Geburt eine risikoreiche Zeit aber dafuer sind wir doch alle gemacht. Bitte bitte, lass keinen KS machen. Ein KS ist ne OP, du wirst aufgeschnitten, du darfst dein Kind fuer mind 4h nicht sehen, kannst keine Treppen steigen, nichts heben, dir tut alles weh, du nimmst Medikamente fuer mindestens ne Woche, kannst zwei Wochen kein Auto fahren etc...mach es blos nciht. NOch dazu kommt, dass KS Babies oft nicht so gut atmen wie vaginal geborene, da die einfach so aus dem Uterus rausgerissen werden anstatt die Fluessigkeit aus ihren LUngen gequetscht zu bekommen etc. Ich will dir nicht auf die Fuesse treten aber du scheinst noch unheimlich viele unbeantwortete Fragen zu haben und du bietest der Aerztin ne wunderbare Angriffsflaeche eben weil sie sicherlich sieht, dass du nicht soooo sehr ueber alles informiert bist. Ein KS ist ne OP, es ist risikoreicher als ne vaginale Geburt. Mach es bitte nicht. Du kannst ja evtl. ner Eileitung zustimmen wenn du eine Woche oder so drueber bist aber doch nicht drei Tage nach dem due date. Das Baby weiss doch nicht, dass es an dem Tag geboren werden soll, das hat ein Computer festgelegt.

äüö, hehe, Grüsse aus DE<!

Flug war super anstrengend- nie wieder mit child in lap!!!!! Und natuerlich hat der Herr angefangen zu husten sobald wir im Flieger saßen..... seit heute dann ueber 38° Fieber..... Hubby is grad mit Vaddi ein Bierchen trinken und ich sitz hier mit meinem Kind. pout.

Na aber sonst isses toll, ich hab mir schon die Plauze voll gehaun mit Candy und wir werden total unverschämt verwöhnt von allen Seiten!
