If this were reversed, feminists on campus and across the country would be furious, claiming sexism of the first degree.

Maybe so. But IMO they would be wrong as well.

I agree; this isn't some "men get back at women" revenge scheme or anything. I'm not debating the "rights or wrongs" of this. I'm merely stating what I believe to be true.

I think (as I said stated earlier in this thread) the most challenging thing Harvard has in this idea is avoiding a discrimination lawsuit. It may not occur, but should it happen, a decent lawyer could use it to really tear apart at the university.

I like to work out in shabby weight training gyms surrounded by grunting, sweaty muscle-heads, but I guess not everyone likes this environment.

Yes, and listening to powerlifters yelp and groan like they're giving birth to a porcupine rectally.

Lol, well, I am glad some of you have the extra puff necessary to scan the gym while working out! It takes all my concentration to do what I need to do. As far as I'm concerned, I'm alone in the gym, lololol.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

I don't scan the gym. But I walk from 1 equipment to another and the gym is quite big, and while doing that I see people. And if I'm in a bike and someone is in a treadmill right in front of me, it's kinda difficult not to check them out, not in a "'I wanna do them'' check out, but in a ''I want my arms to have that definition'' check out.

I say, if you choose to live with those religious beliefs, then you should be the one sacrificing. Why does everyone else have to sacrifice to satisfy your beliefs?

I agree. Which is why it pisses me off when I hear about pharmacists who refuse to dispense birth control or emergency contraception.

I understand what you are saying but I don't even do that. I am there to do my thing, and my thing is what I do. I guess I am just odd. :P

so you can't multi-task? :o

me too it's very entertaining. the men are hilarious they stand in lines with their towels around their necks and count each others reps then they tap the other guy on the azz and are like good set man. also who cares if people look at me when I'm working maybe they wish they had my azz or something

I never got that either. There is a faith based hospital here and the pharmacy there won't fill prescriptions for birth control unless you are prescribed it for some other reason than using it as a contraceptive. #######?

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

There's your problem right there. It's a faith-based hospital. Go find one of the very many secular hospitals and you won't have an issue. However, if you insist on making use of a faith-based institution, you will have to abide by their rules, even if you disagree with them. They aren't forcing you to go there, after all. ;)
