I came here thru K1 visa but our marriage didnt workd out..

I filed to remove my conditional greencard after my divorced last year they request me to send RFE and i did they gave me 1 year extension and it will expire next year.. Im still waiting for the decision if they gonna give me the permanent greencard.

I got married again.. my concern is If the USCIS decided not to give me a permanent greencard, What is my option to stay with my new family here? Do i need to go back home to Phil and be petition with my new husband? Whats my chances?
