:angry: Filed for our I129F in July 07 and received and RFE in Dec. The got my paperwork in Jan. 08 and still have not heard anything. When I call they give you so many different answers. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I called my Senator and had to fax information to them. They are now looking into our case.

Congrats to my good friends Tasha and Ayman on their beautiful baby boy!!!!!!

Received NOA 1 July 23,2007

2nd trip to Egypt Dec. 27, 2007

I129 F RFE 1/2008

RFE reply 2/11/2008

3/10/2008 received I129f approval NOA2 sent

I know how you feel. We are waiting on the visa. Just emailed my congresswoman today. Sometimes they are less busy than the Senators. I hope it helps.

Receiving different answers is quite the normal in this process. But no sorry I am not help here. We did not receive any RFE's in our case. Thank God for that. The process is already killing me and we have done well so far. I wish you well and a speedy resolution. But at least you will be prepared for the wait at the embassy level. I sailed through to the embassy where I too am waiitng for the visa to be issued. We already Interviewed and "passed" but still no visa.

08/07/2012...... Interview (PASSED)

You can try calling them for an update or check the USCIS site for your case status update.
