I just filed my tax for 2007 online yesterday. Today i called IRS for the 2007 reurn transcript? They said it may take up to 2/3 week to come om their system. So, Can i print it out 1040 A while filed online, signed it for 2007 tax .Fot 2005 and 2006 transcript, can i send the same one which i submit for K1 process?

I only sent one year of my tax return as a copy... didn't use transcripts

We did the same last year when adjusting status, we recycled the transcripts, employer letter from the I-134, and added a few pay stubs and newer IRS return to the I-864EZ that we filed with the AOS package. Our I-134 had 2005,2004,2003 transcripts, our I-864EZ had 2006 return (1040/W2/1099) and recycled 2005,2004 transcripts from the I-134

If your income is above 125% povertyline, consider using the I-864EZ, it is simpler to fill out.

If you have a print out of the 1040, you can sign it.
