i don't recall the first time, but i'm sure it wasn't on purpose. but he's such an easygoing sort, that you feel comfortable being gross around him. lol.

of course, he will tease me mercilessly when i do it.

I don't remember the exact time but I think it was in the 2-5 month range and I'm almost sure it wasn't accidental. Now, it's just normal. We both do it and then tell each other how disgusting it is. It doesn't really bother either of us. It's just something you have to do.

Weeeell. I don't think I've farted in front of him yet... I'm not sure. If I did, it would've been accidential. I still feel weird about doing that LOL.

He... well... he's a farter. (Sorry hun, if you read this. ) One particularly memorable fart was in the train on the way to NYC. We were going down into Penn Station, our ears were popping, and the worry warts that we are... well, we were both worried about our ears popping that much. I smelled a rather odorous fart, made a funny face, and said "somebody farted", expecting him to laugh and think about something other than his popping ears. Well, he turned bright red and mumbled, "that was me." I felt SO BAD and apologized, and we ended up laughing about it. Now to this day if he farts in front of me (or on the phone with me) he'll say "somebody farted" and we'll joke about that memory.

Oh i remember the day quite well. it was our second visit. I came to Japan to see hi mand we were staying at his friend's home(small apt). I had to use bathroom and got a shock when i saw that there was no western style toilet. it was an old european one. for those who don't know what they look like. picture a toilet without the bowl,just the porcelien in the floor. well i never seen one or knew they existed so of course had no idea how to use one since there was no where to sit.soooo i squatted and"Rrr i i i i i i i i i i i i p p p p.

not a pip...nono..not a pop...or a squeek. I'm talking a massive fluttering growl! and in a room with nothing but a hole in the floor you can imagine the sound waves bouncing off them walls. I was so embasrrassed but I let out a chuckle(never could keep a straight face when it comes to farting) I heard him out side the door laughing. lol

Not right away. Of course the first time was accidental, but after the fact we kind of got used to farting/burping. It isn't accepted at -all- by his family, and he's glad not to get yelled at for it for once.
