We did Disneyland just a few weeks after arrival. A few months after arrival, we did a big driving vacation, seeing Yosemite, Reno, Death Valley, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon (north and south rims), Zion, Moab, Arches, Silverton/Durango area of Colorado, Ouray, Gunnison, Colorado Springs, Kansas, Missouri, the St. Louis Gateway Arch, my parents' place in Southern Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, the Corn Palace of Mitchell, SD, the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Wall Drug, the Devil's tower, Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, the Great Salt Lake, and a lot of other things along the way.

We had quite a stack of photos for removal of conditions.

Just came across your post. My husband and I will travel to Moab and Arches next week then go to a wedding in Salt Lake City! Can't wait.

Ok I am not good at naming titles but basically I can't wait to show my husband all I can of the US, but I don't know what to do first, etc.

Would you rather go somewhere you've already been with him/her or experience something entirely new? For example, I've been to Disney about 10 times in my life, but it's high on his list of things to see since he's heard about Mickey since he was a kiddo. <img src="http://www.visajourney.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/luv.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":luv:" border="0" alt="luv.gif" /> It'd rock to go with him for a few days BUT I've never seen the Grand Canyon...or anything west of DC for that matter. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laughing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laughing.gif" />

ok so becasue of this thread ...I had a dream last night and we were going to Grauman's Chinese Theater

and I was thinking this is the place I want him to see? :blink:

But the worst part of it..he was driving and we got lost...ended up on a bridge going nowhere.

Thanks for reviving this thread hahahaha :lol:

I would honestly love to drive the coast up to Northern California with him. :thumbs:

I'm the Canadian citizen... and there's actually a lot more US places that I've been to, that I want to take him to (or to enjoy together) LOL. For our honeymoon, we're hoping to do a road trip, maybe from Florida to California, with stops in places like Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi - those are all places I've never been to before, but would LOVE to visit :)
