wow... pretty nice.....

unfortunately due to my husband's WACK credit, it'll be a while from now till we get a house...

unless of course you are offering it to me as a late wedding gift.... then why not :D lol

hehe awww - but really its not far from you! Corner of Gunn & Anderson :D... Im just tired of carrying rent here and mortgage there and the market is soooo messed up in Tampa. I really did love my lil home and miss parts of FL alot. (Mostly the ability to get in a car and be somewhere fabulous in no time... erm.. there seems to be lacking the "fabulous" part here - perhaps insert "nothing".)

my husband and i were thinking of moving somewhere crazy... crazy in the sense that doesn't match our lifestyle... small little town where every one knows everybody's business... we were thinking either somewhere in Michigan or in the midwest... we're kinda tired and bored of being in tampa and lack of friends here... (his family is over in st.pete but their all a-holes).... we were kinda thinking of just moving to somewhere Brand new.. if that's the correct term...

i live in florida and i hate it and i wanna move to DC or california but i can t till i get my GC

we moved from Tampa to Overland park, KS this past December. Its a really lovely city, but exit it - and there is a wholeeeee lot of nothingggg.... We moved due to a job change for my husband (who also had no friends in tampa). We are pretty darn happy here aside from not having the getaways we did all the time.

I guess I liked FL, but I am happy to have made the move.

I hate it pretty bad too... I think it's the weird changing weather, and lack of Real Jobs. I'm still trying to find something to do in my free time (apart from going to school)...

and driving here SUCKS....

JUst a quick one.

I have my SSN and also my Alien number and a Florida drivers license which expires in one years time.

But my question is this, I need to get a full EAD before 5 May 2008 when my 90 day temporary one expires.

What is the biometrics appointment for ? (I haven't been given a date for it yet) but i thought that it was for the EAD card. I realise I must be wrong but what is it for and what do you do afterwards to get the EAD ?

Sorry even though I've done this before and have an old expired one I can't recall how on earth I did it! all seems a blur :wacko:

your biometrics is for your AOS and EAD (and/or AP)... they take ur fingerprints and picture... that's all really... when is your biometrics?

haven't been given a date yet unfortunately but just wondering how the three (biometrics.EAD and AOS) interact.

Do they do any work before the biometrics? or is the biometrics really the first indication before they do anything else ?

what area in tampa do you guys live at??? i stay close to dale mabry and waters...

January 28, 2008 - Checks cashed

January 30. 2008 - Received NOA1 (I130,I765,I485)

Febuary 26. 2008- appt. for Bio

March 26. 2008 BIO taken

March 28. 2008 touch

April 28. 2008 touch and aproved at the Infopass ,EAD on order..

April 30. 2008 I765 touch..... its been aproved allready

May 1. 2008 I765 touch......

May 2. 2008 I765 touch.......

May 5. 2008 EAD is here / Aproval email for I-765
