HOUSTON -- An upbeat Hillary Clinton started campaigning early today on what she called another chapter in "a long process'' to winning the nomination -- and one that might not hinge on winning both Texas and Ohio today.

"I feel very good about today,'' Clinton told reporters after shaking hands with supporters at an elementary school serving as a polling place in East Houston.

...

Her campaign "is just really hitting its stride,'' she said.

The Clinton campaign is bouyed by late polls showing the New York senator gaining in both states.

Now she's following in the footsteps of Walter Mondale. Hell, she's even stealing campaign ads from the loser. Haha. Epic fail.

Just an observation- I've just arrived back home after driving thru some of the burgs in central Ohio and if the number of yard signs for each candidate are any indication ( and they're probably not) then Obama will win by a landslide. I saw hundreds of yard signs for Obama and maybe 10 or so for Hillary.

I hope you're right. I don't really want Obama as my president, but Hillary is cringe-worthy.

Sounds like the Hillary camp is more about Keep Hope Alive these days.

Is that why she is gaining ground & Obama is losing it?
