November 17,2008-NOA date

November 21,2008-recieved NOA hard copy by mail

November 24,2008-Biometrics appt.letter recieved by mail (December 17,2008 -Biometrics Appt.)

November 26,2008- AOS touched (got emailed from CRIS)RFE on AOS

December 09,2008-RFE sent

January 8,2009 -AP approved

January 9,2009-EAD approved(status card production ordered)

January 15,2009- AP in the mailbox

February 14,2009 - EAD card in the mailbox..THANKS GOD..finally...

March 5,2009 - INTERVIEW AOS ( 1:30PM)

Im not december filer but November.i still havent got touched and waiting for our NOA2.

The majority of the approvals i saw here came from VSC.

Im not december filer but November.i still havent got touched and waiting for our NOA2.

The majority of the approvals i saw here came from VSC.

i find out too that some of CSC september filers are still waiting for noa2,csc are moving too slow...maybe they have more from the other months....we have to be ready our self for long waiting,,,

11/05/10 VSC received the package.

11/08/10 NOA1 date

11/12/10 Check cashed, NOA1 hardcopy received.

12/31/10 Bio letter received. Finally!! Sechduled for 1/25/11.

01/12/11 Early Bio

03/29/11 ROC approved.

Yep! its been 4 1/2 months now since we filed our case.its so tough to wait and being so far away from your fiance.

DONT WORRY GUYS ANOTHER OCTOBER FILER GOT APPROVED TODAY,,,THEY FILED OCT,30 YOU GUYS ARE NEXT........IT SO EXCITING ...I WAS WONDERING WHOSE GONA BE THE FIRST LUCKY NOVEMBER"S FILER"S GOT APPROVAL.....IM REALLY HAPPY SEEING PEOPLE GOT APPROVED EVERYDAY.....IM HAPPY FOR THEM,,,,AND SOON IM GONA FEEL THAT TOO...GOD BLESS US...
