Our son Malek was born Friday 2/29/08 at 1238pm. He weighed in at 9 lbs 10 oz and was 22 inches long. We are both at home and doing well. I wanted to thank everybody for your well wishes and prayers for our family. I found out the day that the baby was born that Ayman's interview is March 16th at 7am and it was a great ray of hope given to me that day. I was down and out and feeling like my better half was missing the day our son was born. This little bit of news got me out of that strange rut I was in and I was able to concentrate on the blessing God has given us. Thanks again for all of the support we have received on VJ!

Also, if anybody can help me on how to put the baby's pic in my sig I would love to share it with everybody. He's a good mix of both mommy and daddy and we are very proud!!

congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes you have to have a photobucket account, upload the photo then put it in your siggy by adding image. Don't worry about it now just love that little butterball!!! 9 pounds 10 ounces???? God love you!!!! :luv:

Congratulations to you both on your new family!! Can't wait to see the pic!! I am sure he is BEAUTIFUL!! Congrats too on the interview! What a blessed day Feb 29th was for you!! God's blessings on your new family and many prayers for a speedy visa!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

Wow Tasha 9 lbs 10 ounces.....I bet he is so adorable. Can't wait to see the pictures. Congratulations on both your new bundle of joy and your SO Interview date.You will be in my prayers for a speedy visa so you can be reunited and become a real family.
