RFE on I-485

I received RFE for I-485 toady in the mail but wasn't sure of what they want..... It says :-

**"The petitioner/sponsor on form I-864,Affidavit of support has not signed form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member.

In order to process your application further, the petitioner/sponsor needs to sign and return the enclosed page(s) of form I-864A."**

What I'm not sure about is do they want the petitioner to fill out and sign the form I-864A I thought the for I-864A is to be filled out by the member of the household whom we are using as the co-sponsor or the petitioner and the co-sponsor fills out form I-864A??

Note the petitioner already filled out form I-864 while the co-sponsor filled out the I-864A earlier.. I don't know they RFE about this, I was thinking maybe the petitioner didn't sign on part 2 of the I-864A.

Any suggestion will be appreciate.

not sure I had my wife and co-sponsor file seperate I-864 since he didnt live in the same house..

I think that the sponsor (spouse/petitioner) lives in the same address that co-sponsor... so, both needto sign the I-864A

If the petitioner and co-sponsor live in the same address I think that they must sign an I-864A.

Note the petitioner already filled out form I-864 while the co-sponsor filled out the I-864A earlier.. I don't know they RFE about this, I was thinking maybe the petitioner didn't sign on part 2 of the I-864A.

Both petitioner and co-sponsor must filed a separate I-864 form.

Any suggestion will be appreciate.

Do you have a complete copy of everything that was sent? It just sounds like someone forgot to sign.... A common mistake... Submit a new copy of the I-864 and I-864a, signed

Exactly what i thought. I already have the petitioner fill out another form I-864 and the co-sponsor another I-864A with both signature on the I-864A.

I recomend you that you send one more time all the things related with I-864. So, one I864 from petitioner, one I-864 from co-sponsor and one I-864A where petitioner an sponsor signed it.
