I spoke with NVC and they told me that the AOS was missing letter of employment for household member. The person who told me this said i can fax it. I called today to make to make get the fax number and the one that answered said that i could not fax it and had to wait to recieve the check list in the mail......Should i fax it or wait for Checklist???????????

I personally would wait for the snail mail. They may have more than that in the RFE requested and once you return the paperwork you should be back on track in no time.
