I have not been on V.J. for awhile but today when i came on here i had seen that a prayer request was being asked by Nagishkaw. I also seen that Moody, Wife of Mohmoud, and a few other's are praying for me and Cairobound, and other's who are waiting so long to be with thier loved ones. I just wanted to say that i really appreciate how you all think of all of us waiting, and include us in your prayers. I am truly thankful that i have people who are so supportive especially in this difficult time in my life. God knows i pray everyday that i hear some good news for all of us waiting including myself. This is definetly hard and is getting harder everyday for me. I have not seen my love in over 2 years now, and next Wednesday will be 1 year that we have been on A/P and its very hard. But one thing that i can say is when i first met my fiance we promised each other that no matter how hard it got we would not ever give up. When you start something you must finish it and by the grace, and mercy of god we will finish this. Our love has gotten us this far and it will see us through the rest of the way. There is no way that i will give in, and let go of someone who is so special to me. Every second that i wait for him is truly worth it. I am a strong woman, and all of us waiting are very strong to have made it this far. We started this process because we belive, and know in our hearts that our loved ones are worth the wait, and are truly god sent for us. I pray that all of us waiting will hear some good news soon, and THANK YOU again for all of your prayers they are greatly appreciated, and needed. We will all get through this together one way or the other! NEVER GIVE UP!

Blessings to you all,

AJ1

One year is such a long time to be seperated. Is there no way you can see your fiance for a visit?

Anyway, I wish you the best....

I love you, Aj1.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

AJ thanks for all your prayers and support. I will definitely add you to my prayers each night that you will soon receive your visa and be reunited with your loved one.

I agreed wtih Tammy when Nagishkaw feels moved by God in a certain way it is usually not long before it happens.

I have met many wonderful people on VJ who have given me such great support and I want all to know how much I cherish them. Laura, Mel, Nagishkaw, Tasha, Tammy, Faith and Lynn. I could not have made it this far without any of you.

HUGS to all and Best wishes!!!

What a heartwarming post. Thank you for sharing your hope and grattitude, we are all truly blessed to have a community of people who understand, help and share their blessings and hope with everyone :)

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Help you ever see me with my husband?

u15754433dt6.jpg

I am losing hope of ever seeing my husband again, :crying:

To be honest, I never " see " anything, but go by what the Spirit of God reveals.Maybe it will come in a form of a dream, but more often I am reminded of someone during prayer. Their name will just sort of stand out . I cannot explain it. I will keep you in my prayers, most, certainly. All I can do is pray. It is God who does what He does when He does. Do I have a closer connection than the next person? I don't think so, but I just know in my heart that I have been positioned, as it were, to become more involved in MENA, to edify and to pray. God does not want us to be perfect, He understands we can't be as humans, He just wants us to be sincere. So if I tell you I will pray for you, I am being sincere.

DillyDally, I have always included you in my prayers since the day you asked me to.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
