It goes by your local office though, not Nebraska or Vermont. Thank god, because Nebraska doesn't know what it's doing. I just wonder when it will actually get sent TO Cleveland. (ps. my name is Tammi - sorry, pet peeve of mine).

Good to hear that they cashed your check as well. I am thinking that they might return my package. I wrote the check payable to USCIS instead of USDHS. So, I do not know, whet is going on. Vermont received my package on 18th. Does not look good for me.

Will see.

Well we received the package back. We knew it, since we wrote the check payable to USCIS, instead of USDHS.

There was NOA with whole package stating that if you file from overseas it's $595, from US $675, and it mentioned missing evedince.

I do not think i missed anything , just the check was written wrong.

Have anyone else received anything simillar? I wonder if it was standard NOA for wrong filled cases(because of fee, or evidence)

Thanks alot

And it took them 1 week to return it.

It was probably standard. I would recheck over your application and your documents and resend it. Post what you included on here if you want a tripple check.

Tom's biometric appointment was a breeze today, for once. We walked in the waiting room and not a SINGLE person was there. Parked car, to the building, back to parked car literally took 30 minutes. That was nice!

Luckily I went with Tom because they didn't give him the study guide booklet, and I had to remind him to ask for one.
