Question about AP

So since 020608 we have been in AP not long yet I know, but the woman told him a week to a month so Im hoping soon. My question is this, I have been calling DOS once a week on Mondays...and usually I get an answer like everything seems to be going well, it looks perfect so far blah blah blah. Today when I called I got the answer when I asked how it was processing or how things looked that she couldnt see that because it was at the agency...does this mean that A) The people before lied? B ) it has been moved somewhere else and is moving through the system or C) it just depends on the person you get as to the answwer?? And it really has nothing to do with the case?????

The answers depend on who you get on the phone.

I called three times today. Spoke to three different women. Three different responses:

1) First lady said, "have your husband call the Embassy."

2) Second lady said, "Your husbands case is still in administrative processing."

3) Third lady said, "It seems your husbands case has been sent back to the Embassy and the Consulate Officer is reviewing the case."

I am assuming that since your case is still with the agency that it is still circulating for the checks. Meaning - still in adminstrative processing.

Try to be strong! I know how frustrating it can be....

it all depends on who you talk to. everyone has a diiferent opinion and they just guess at what they are seeing on the PC screen.

mine was at an agency back in august. in october it was "looking real good". who knows. i give up trying to figure out dos.
