recieved nvc case number

Hello Fellow VJ members,

I just recieved the NVC #.. yeah. the letter states they are forwarding my information to the Italian Consulate.. however they state they are sending a packet to my fiance in Italy on what to do. I am assuming this will be in English? Is this the point where I send my avadavit of support? just confused on what to do now?

You'll give your affidavit of support to your fiance to take with him to the interview.

Right now you wait...but your wait will be a lot shorter than it was at CSC. Call every couple of days to find out if your packet has left for the consulate. You might want to go to the appropriate regional forum to find out how long it takes for interviews to be scheduled, and when and how many packets your fiance should expect to get. Some consulates only have one packet, some have two.
