K3 FORM 129F QUESTION

Timeline

You must submit the documents required in Items 1, 2 and4 of the instructions, but may omit the documents requiredin Item 3. In addition, U.S. citizens petitioning for K-3visas for their alien spouses must also include evidencethat they have filed Form I-130, Petition for AlienRelative, on behalf of the alien spouse listed on this form,and a marriage certificate evidencing the legal marriagebetween the citizen and alien.

Dear friends i need help i had copy from the instructions from USCIS to be clear on what i need to

send with my I129F can someone please help me i am little confused thank you very much. it ask for items

1,2 and 4 what are they?. :help::help::help:

Timeline

You have to send proof of your marriage and your birth or naturalization certificate. You also need to send the NOA1 for the I-130 if you have it.

USCIS

12/05/05 - Submitted I-130 as LPR

9/20/07 - Became USC

10/03/07 - Submitted I-129

3/4/08 - Sent CSC request to cancel my I-129

3/6/08 - I-130 Approved

NVC

3/14/08 - NVC Assigned Case Number

3/25/08 - DS-3032 & I-864 Bill Generated

3/25/08 - Sent DS-3032 & I-864 Bill (using James' Shortcuts)

3/31/08 - DS-3032 Received in System

3/31/08 - I-864 Generated

3/31/08 - Sent I-864

4/7/08 - I-864 Received in System

4/7/08 - IV Visa Bill Generated

4/12/08 - IV Visa Bill Received

4/15/08 - IV Visa Bill Paid Online!!
