I have received a response from USCIS and they have informed me that both of your applications are still active and well on their way of being approved. According to the USCIS website, they are processing I-130s filed before July 26th, 2007. Yours was filed on July 16th. These processing times are usually padded by a couple of weeks so your application is probably being reviewed right now. I would expect for you to receive an approval notice for the I-130 within the next few weeks. From there, the application will go to the National Visa Center (NVC) for additional processing. The NVC will then send the application to the US Embassy in Manila.

According to my response, there are no remarks indicating that the I-129F was cancelled or that any problems have occurred with processing the I-130. I am not sure if the CSR you spoke with had accurate information? If you encounter any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact me.

With all your "touches" it looks like the approval is really, really close. Keep those fingers crossed! Good luck!
