I called the USCIS today and they said that they the EAD applications dated Dec. 7th. Since mine is dated Dec. 4th they pretty much said "tough sh*t", can't do anything about it because it's only 3 days off.

At the same time, I keep looking at this site and seeing 64-69 days average while I've been waiting for 90.

What is going on?

There is much frustration surrounding this 90 day "rule". People hold so fast and dear to it, it causes great angst when it does not happen for them (myself included). Many are getting their EAD's in more record times now, but many are still plugging along at the "regular" rate as well. 90 days is an average, and unfortunately the USCIS still posts as though 90 days is the magic number (whereas before you could obtain an interim one) and it just isnt anymore. Just sit tight, you will get your card. Call if it helps, make an infopass if it helps, but don't worry just yet. This is still normal.

I had my biometrics 2 months ago already and I didn't have any RFE's :( No touches since biometrics either. I'm about to scream

I am just so incredibly frustrated. I had the same story you did. I already had my Green Card interview but the name check was not complete at the time. I am waiting for ANY news and I'm on the edge of crying. Just WHEN will this all stop? Will it ever? It's as if we don't go through enough before this point :(
