I was also "touched" on Feb 17th and no NOA2 :-( Soonnn though.. I can feel it!

We were touched on Feb-17 too....and no updates since then.

I believe this week will bring more good news to all of us ! :)

30/11/2007: I-129F petition was sent to VSC

12/06/2007: NOA1

12/12/2007: NOA1 received by mail

12/14/2007: Touched

02/17/2007: Touched

03/11/2008: NOA2 in my e-mail!!! :)

03/12/2008: Touched

03/13/2008: NVC received

03/15/2007: NOA2 in a mailbox

I would like to know how many December K-1 filer were touched on 2/17/08 (Sunday) and haven´t received the NOA2 yet. :crying::angry:

I want to know if i am not alone on this. :wacko:

YMR,, we were also touched on feb 17th.. a Sunday. but received our noa2 2-29-08 hopefully you have received by now... hang in there.. it will happen soon .. best of luck :yes:

So, happy for ya'll...I was touched on 2/17, so I'm praying they molest me again today or soon. CONGRATS again.

Thanks, it was a good one. Maybe the adjudicator is holding some files including mine over the desk for having a reason for coming to work next weekend on Sunday because he/she will get paid 200% over the normal rate. :whistle::innocent:

VSC is not fair.. :angry:

my fiancee called the USCIS,a rude and nasty representative talked to him and did not give any info about our case...whatta government employee... :no:

12/05/07 - NOA1 receipt date

12/10/07 - Check Cashed

12/10/07 - Receive NOA1

12/10/07 - SO TOUCHED!

02/17/08 - TOUCHED

03/07/08 - K1 Approved

03/09/08 - TOUCHED

03/10/08 - TOUCHED

03/13/08 - NVC received Petition

03/14/08 - NVC Forwarded Petition to US Embassy Manila. Case Number MNL200857XXXX assigned

03/14/08 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received in US Mail

03/19/08 - Petition delivered to US Embassy Manila at 10:02 am. Signed for by L Bernandino.

03/20/08 - Received Letter from NVC stating Petition was sent to US Embassy Manila.

03/24/08 - Called Manila Embassy to Schedule Interview

04/28/08 - Medical at St Lukes-PASSED!!!!

05/12/08 - Interview Appointment....APPROVED!

05/17/08 - VISAS IN HAND!!! THANK YOU GOD!!

05/23/08 - CFO COMPLETED IN CEBU OFFICE!!

06/11/08 - ARRIVE IN FLORIDA, USA!!!

07/19/08 - Wedding Day!!
